Sony has released a new video to coincide with the release of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection , which will take place four days later, on January 28, 2022.
The teaser description says:
Play as Nathan Drake and Chloe Fraser as they each embark on their own adventure to face their past and leave behind a legacy. The Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection features the critically acclaimed single-player, story-driven games Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, enhanced to match the capabilities of the PS5.
In addition to tightened graphics, the new Collector's Edition boasts faster downloads and improved audio tracks. In addition, due to the DualSense controllers, players will experience more intuitive, tactile and responsive controls. The game can be run in Fidelity Mode at full 4K resolution but at 30 FPS. At dynamic resolution, the frame rate will jump up to 60 per second, and the new Performance+ Mode targets 120 FPS at 1080p.
If you already own any version of the original games, you can upgrade to PS5 for $10. Probably the PS Plus version doesn't count. Recall that on February 18, the world premiere of the blockbuster "Uncharted: Off the Maps" will take place. And at the end of the year Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection should be released on PC, although there is still no exact release date.
In terms of scores, at the time of this writing, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has a Metacritic score of 93%, and Uncharted: Lost Legacy is 84%.
