Neil Druckmann, who holds a senior position at Naughty Dog Studios, took to Twitter with a fresh post regarding future projects. In it, the director announced the recruitment of a number of specialists, and also transparently hinted at the company's next games.
In general, there is no secret about what exactly the Naughty Dog team is working on. At the moment, the studio is developing a multiplayer game based on The Last of Us universe, updating the original game and its sequel (a PS5 version is being created), and also preparing some kind of mysterious game based on the new franchise. The last point is a real dark horse, about which nothing is known yet.
Among other things, Mr. Druckmann said that the script for The Last of Us 3 is already ready, but it's too early to talk about the start of full-fledged development.
