In accordance with the study, one potential buyer will be able to order no more than one console - digital or disk. When a user adds one of these consoles to their cart, a message pops up stating that the operation was denied when they try to order another.
The PS5 COMPATIBLE icon will also appear on the site, which will indicate whether an accessory or game is compatible with the fifth version of the console from Sony. For example, such an icon hangs over Dualshock 4.
PlayStation doubles PS5 shipments compared to the current generation console, but apparently still expects some kind of shortage.
