The first gameplay video of the action Ghostwire: Tokyo

During the Sony presentation, the first gameplay video for the Ghostwire: Tokyo action from Tango Gameworks appeared. The game was personally presented by Shinji Mikami.

Based on the information obtained from the video, the main character will have to exorcise / destroy the streets of Tokyo from ghosts and other otherworldly creatures using various spells.

Here are Shinji's words from the presentation:

The city is engulfed by paranormal creatures: otherworldly forces lurk in the streets that are beyond the understanding of mankind. After a terrible occult event, almost all people disappear from the city (99%). Only you can save the dying Tokyo from absolute extinction. As a result of a mysterious meeting, the hero manifests supernatural abilities. Explore stunning city locations, futuristic landscapes and ancient shrines and complete missions to cleanse the city of darkness. Armed with powerful weapons with the ability to modify, you will fight the evil ghosts??ami (they are called "guests"), inhabiting Tokyo. You may have already noticed some of them in the game trailer at the beginning of this post.

Tango Gameworks stated that all of the PS5's tactile features and adaptive triggers are perfect for bringing the ideas to life. The release should take place in 2021 on PS5 and PC.
