Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War walkthrough - all important decisions and endings

In this guide, we have collected for you the answers to the most popular questions of the game, pointed out all its secrets and mysteries

All important decisions and where they lead

Release, abandon or capture Qasim

  • If you free Kasim, Adler will question your choice. As a result, Adler will shoot him.
  • If you decide to tie Kasim, then he will become your hostage. At the same time, if you ask him the right questions (choose all the first options), and then grab him, you will complete the hidden test.
  • If you drop Kasim, he will fall off the roof and shatter.

Free or kill the informant

During the quest "Brick in the Wall" you will have an additional goal - to free or kill Richter's informant. He works for the KGB.

  • If you save the informant, you will be captured along with Greta.
  • If you kill Richter, then you will find yourself alone in captivity (Greta will survive).

Kill or detain Volkov

  • If you kill Volkov, Adler will agree with this, but Park will get angry, because a lot of useful information could be obtained through him.
  • If you capture him, then at the end of the game you will know that he is a day??vitally became a source of valuable information.

To whom to give the key to the bunker

This will happen during a conversation with Gorbachev and Zakhaev. There are several options:

  • If you say that the key needs to be handed over to a person you trust, then Charkov will get it.
  • If you say that you and Zakhaev should have the key, then Charkov will still become its sole owner.
  • The third option is the same.

Who to save - Lazarus or Park

In any case, the character you left will die.

Tell the truth or lie - Solovki or Duga

If you tell about Solovki, then stop the nuclear explosion. If you point to Doug, then ambush the CIA and detonate the bombs, and then find out the true identity of Perseus.

How to open a weapon box

When you find the box in the room on the left, you will find out that it is locked. Move on until you encounter several enemies. After entering the room, follow to the right and down. At the end of the corridor there is a small room with an orange desk and a large TV. Enter there and look for another room with a desk in the far part. It has a key on it.

Where to find evidence on Operation Chaos and Red Circus

At the end of the Nowhere to Run quest, when you interrogate Kasim, ask him who Arash is dating. You will receive evidence. It is required to decrypt the floppy disk.

During the "Brick in the Wall" quest, be sure to find room 732, where the informant is located. It is needed for an additional task. There is evidence on the table to the right.

During the "Red Light, Green Light" mission, you must photograph 3 of the 6 cards. The first is in the security room at the gate. Look for the second one in the corridor below, when you enter the complex and go down the stairs (there will be three more enemies ahead). From the corridor, go into the room on the left. You can find another one after the alarm is raised, near the large window. In general, if you look around, you will be able to photograph all 6 clues. But again, three is enough.

In the mission "Extreme Measures" you can get evidence in several places. The first is the interrogation room. You need to do this in the role of Belikov. Turn off the cameras after talking with Gorbachev, and then go to the interrogation room. Wait for the enemy to pass by and break open the door. There is another enemy inside. The clue is on the table.

In the mission "Echoes of War", closer to the finale, you will need to find a computerusing an optical device. In the same room lies the evidence (on the table).

How to decrypt a floppy disk for Operation Chaos

The above describes where to look for clues. You're looking for clues in Nowhere to Run, Brick in the Wall, and Red Light, Green Light. Back in the CIA safe room, examine the evidence on the board. You will need to find the missing numbers. For example, in the sequence 68, X, 74, 80, 88, X is 70. Why 70? Yes, because the first time 2 is added to the first number, then - 4, after - 6. That is, the added figure increases by "2".

In the sequence of blue numbers, everything is simpler (50, 54, 58, X, 66). Each next number increases by "4". That is, the correct answer is 62. As a result, we get the code 7062.

Then examine another piece of evidence to find out that each city is assigned a number. And New York's number is 7062. Finally, take a look at the last clue. You will see that some of the letters are red. I have Charleston. Yes, I already made up the word. In general, the letters should result in a station, which corresponds to a certain number. For example, for Charleston it is 5792. Now go back to the floppy and select decryption. Enter 5792 and New York.
