In both cases, midnight jade is needed. You can get it in two ways: buy from the seller and find it on the slope of Wuvan.

Use the teleporter to find two more jade.

After teleporting, look around the area on the left and you will immediately see the jade.

You can also buy Midnight Jades from a merchant in Li Yue. It's very far away, so if possible, use teleportation.

Shitou will be standing on the left: talk to him to purchase jade.
