A detailed walkthrough of the action based on "The Lord of the Rings".
The prologue in Middle Earth: Shadow of War begins with a series of cutscenes describing the details of the game's plot. Subsequently, you will be given control of Talion, who must find Celebrimor, who forged the rings of Power. Move to the way marker. After entering stealth mode, sneak up on the first Uruk you see along the way. Kill this Uruk and jump down to kill the second opponent.
After that, you can move along the main path or along the left wall, hiding from enemies and killing everyone in your path. Keep in mind that if you go to the right wall, then an orc guard will appear behind the platform, which can notice you. Kill all opponents and go along the cable car. Before jumping down, deal with the last Uruk. This area is patrolled by a separate group of orcs.
Eliminate opponents before moving on to a nearby point. Run forward, killing all the spiders on the way before using the narrow passage between the rocks. A lengthy cutscene will play, ending the prologue.

When control returns to you, you will need to find information about the commander of the Uruks. Drop down to the rock ahead and go to the nearest worm you can see in front of you (all worms are marked with green markers on the map). Follow the prompts to interrogate him (hold and hold the E key), which will bring up a waypoint and other useful information. To start the interrogation, it is absolutely not necessary to be unnoticed - you can run up in the forehead and hold down the E key.
You will be able to select a specific captain to reveal information about him. This will allow you to find out the strong qualities of the enemy’s weakness, which can be used during the battle. There are 19 different captains that you can learn about when interrogating the worms. But when interrogating the first one, you will learn about the main commander.
As soon as you have a target (yellow marker), then start moving around the area. As you move through the camp, you can find other worms. Be careful when approaching, as there is a small amount of cover on the location, which makes you an easy target to spot. Use your map located in the lower left corner of the screen to find other worms, interrogate them and find out about the location of hostile orcs.Make your way through the camp interrogating worms and killing enemies without being seen. The more information you have about all the targets, the easier it will be to destroy them later. It is not necessary to kill all the captains, but this way you can get new equipment, experience and much more.
When you follow forward to the waymarker, you will see a group of enemies. Feel free to approach them, because the training system will start here and they will tell you about the bow. Use your bow to shoot down all the Uruks in slow motion. As soon as they die, then study the traces of the commander on the ground, near the helmet. Use the mouse buttons and movement keys to focus on the desired route, and then follow the path highlighted on the ground. This process is not as obvious as it seems, despite the presence of clues. It's best to first hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse around to make the trails more focused. Next, press W, S, A, or D to further focus the footprints. As soon as you tune in to them, the game will automatically select the next route. Before you continue on your way, you will have to deal with a small group of orcs.
Once you reach the waypoint ahead, use ghostly vision (V and X to mark) to mark the captain as a priority target.
Then you will need to go through the city to get to the target and kill her. As you move forward, study your surroundings and try to avoid detection. By holding the spacebar, you can climb any wall.
Avoid encounters with large groups of Uruks. When you get close to the target, then try to jump on it from above, because the enemy is vulnerable to such attacks. His forte is ranged defense. This means that it is pointless to attack the captain with a bow. Move on top and try to attack in stealth mode. By attacking in this way, you will stun the target and you can quickly attack him with furious blows before he can recover. Periodically you need to put a block. Idril will help in the battle.
As soon as you kill the captain, you can pick up his equipment - go up and press the left CTRL. Equip it on yourself (open the menu on B) and a cut-scene will start. When you regain control, then follow Idril. From time to time you will need to stop to fight groups of Uruks before continuing on. Keep following Idril as you move around the city until you reach another area where a cutscene will trigger (near the gate). Then you will learn how to use heavy attacks (spears). Press and holdLMB until you see the charged attack sign. Here you will have to fight with a large number of Uruks. As soon as you kill them all, you will see another cut-scene and complete the mission.
From now on, you can choose the story quests that will appear on the map, or explore Minas Itil in free mode, killing captains and performing other actions. Use your map to find nearby missions and mark them with a marker. Follow the marker to the tower and follow the prompts to clear it.
This is a simple quest related to clearing the Khedir towers marked on the map. True, they will need to be marked manually. Head to the indicated place, and when you reach the top of the tower, then press the keys marked in the tooltip to clear it. You will see the big eye of Sauron. Look around the area and mark different points where you can find important collectibles.
You will see a circle, and your gamepad (if using it) will vibrate at the moment when the desired point is near and can be marked. Move the cursor so that the circle shrinks until you see a hint about pressing the X key. On each Khedir, you will need to find a certain number of items. Check everything you can and get out of theapproach to Esc.
Navigate to the specified waypoint to start the mission. You will need to open the ancient grave site of Celebrimbor. After arriving at the point, enter the world of ghosts to open the entrance and activate the cut-scene.
Subsequently, you will control Celebrimbor to unlock the Elven Fury ability. When you fully charge your rage, you will receive a significant increase in attack. Fight enemies until you have enough Wrath, then use Elven Fury by pressing the 5 key (fight until you see a prompt to press the key). Hold LMB, select targets and execute them. To get the highest reward, you need to execute at least ten enemies in this mode. After that, another cut-scene will start, leading to the end of the mission.
At the beginning of the mission, you will see a cutscene, after which you will need to follow Idril. You must defend the gate marked with a marker. When moving, don't forget about the random shots the catapult fires. You will see red rings on the ground, which indicate the place where the projectile fell. Kill all the Uruks on the way, follow Idril and look for moreMore soldiers to help.
Go forward until you see a siege beast on the tower. You need to destroy it in order to stop the attack on the city. Go down a little lower and use ghostly vision to aim at the grayed out areas on either side of the siege beast (reminiscent of some kind of bags or boxes).
When you shoot at them from a bow, after two accurate hits you will be able to saddle the beast and control it (get close and hold down the E key). The siege beast has a catapult. Shoot from it to destroy the Uruks located below, as well as other siege beasts that appear on the location. Once you've killed enough enemies, follow the on-screen prompts to finish off the siege beast you're currently on. To do this, you will need to hold down the left CTRL.
Head to the next marker on the map, where there is another siege beast. Repeat the same process to mount it and then attack another enemy group of Uruks and two Siege Beasts. Jump off it and kill it, which will trigger a cutscene and end the mission.
This mission will start after your first visit to theast Cirith-Ungol. You will see a cut-scene and have to fight a battle troll. Fight him by pressing the right keys from the hints, deal damage, and as soon as he dies, another cut-scene will start, in which Gollum will appear. Counterattacks help very well in the battle against the troll (hints with the E key pop up), but first you have to unlock the corresponding skill.
Follow Gollum through enemy territory until you reach an area where another cutscene will start. Once you've regained control, continue following Gollum until you spot a group of Uruks under a nest of Morgai Flies. Shoot the nest with your bow before following Gollum again.
When prompted, examine the dead body you see on the ground, and then follow Gollum further. You will need to enter ghost mode to see footprints on the ground, focus on them and chase the killer. You may be on the wrong path. In that case, just go back to Gollum. As you move, you may have to fight the Uruks blocking the path. Don't forget that you can act covertly! Follow the path until you find another dead body that needs to be examined. Go back to where Gollum was and follow him.
keep goingfollow Gollum until you reach the Uruk patrol, which you need to destroy. They will also have a battle troll with them. If you managed to accumulate Elven Fury, then be sure to activate it in order to easily deal with the whole group. Deal with the Uruks and follow Gollum until he stops. Use Ghost Vision to see the path leading to the wounded Uruk you must interrogate (hold E). Use the same ghostly vision to find and identify your target before following it.
Go to the place where you see the killer and deal with him. You can easily deal with him by shooting at the nest of Morgai flies hanging over the target. So you get rid of all the immunities of the enemy and you can inflict huge damage on him. After the target is dead, a cut-scene will start, summing up the task.
Follow the path and get to the waypoint marked on the map. You can use the "Kill" command to order your ally Baranor to finish off any target on the way (press the "2" key). Use this opportunity to your advantage as often as possible, as it will reduce the number of enemy Uruks to deal with while moving. If enemies d?Oh, then order Baranor to kill one, and kill the other yourself.
Examine the footprints you see on the ground, focus and tune into them. Follow the tracks to the right place. Move along the path, killing the Uruks you meet along the way. In the end, you will reach the location of the chief's bodyguard. He must be fought and killed to complete the mission. You will unlock the ability to send allies to help. By the way, try to first kill the beast using arrows, and then the bodyguard himself (he is also vulnerable to ranged attacks).
Head to the marker to regroup with Baranor and his men. You will need to kill ten archers using stealth movement without raising the alarm. You can get rid of the first archer right at the very beginning of the mission, on the tower, but after that you will have to carefully go through the area, silently dealing with each enemy. You can use arrows to kill archers from a distance when you can't get close to them. But you need to do this only when you are completely sure that no one will detect such an action.
The best route is to move clockwise from the first Uruk encountered at the beginning of the location. Can you? They deal with archers on higher objects, after which, without remorse, destroy those located below. Once all the archers are dead, head towards the viewpoint that appears, avoiding the remaining Uruks. As soon as you are in place, then call allies and watch the cut-scene.
You will have to kill all the bodyguards and the chief in the closed area below. Before jumping off, you need to take advantage of the moment and make several long-range attacks, killing several Uruks with accurate shots. Try to hit exactly in the head to kill enemies with one arrow.
When you're ready, then jump down, where the battle with the leader will begin. If you have Elven Fury, then you can kill the leader with a few hits, as well as eliminate the rest of the opponents nearby. When the enemy is defeated, a cut-scene will play, ending the mission.
When the mission starts, follow Gollum, who will lead you to the spider's nest - shoot him. Keep following the character and kill Uruks on the way. You have to be careful as there are several spiders on the ground. Follow Gollum again and spot an Uruk to track down.
You need to do this without liftingevogu, so move along the left edge on the outside of the area. You will have to avoid and kill some patrolmen, but you can climb the wall on the left and sneak into the area unnoticed.
Once the target has a good vantage point, wait until it starts talking to another enemy before moving on. Move to the next location that the target is moving towards by crossing the top area. Your target will stop and talk to another enemy before continuing. Stay at the top and use the platforms and cables to move deeper into the location. Your goal will go towards the big gate.
After a short cut-scene, you will have to fight the leader and a group of orcs. The chief can be stunned by headshots from the bow, but will need to pay attention to the rest of the opponents nearby. Fight off a large group, and then focus on the chief, who needs to be interrogated after taking enough HP from him. After that, you will see another cut-scene that ends the mission.
After the cut-scene at the beginning of the mission, you will need to defeat the champion Olog, who will pounce on you. Attack Olog and press the keys that pop up on the screen to avoid attacks. ?It will take a little time to reduce health, but eventually you will be able to ride Olog and control his movement, dealing even more damage.
When you reduce HP, he will attack you with a second wind and go into a rage, which will turn his attacks into more destructive ones. Repeat the same process to mount Olog again.
Go to the marker in the center and press the pop-up keys to taunt the crowd. Then an enemy group will appear with captains who will attack you. You will have to destroy all the enemies around, which can be quite difficult if you let them surround you. There will be two archer captains and one melee captain. The last captain, by the way, can be your Nemesis if you downloaded the data from Shadow of Mordor.
Try to focus on the captain with a smaller group of orcs, otherwise they will interfere with your attacks. You don't need to kill all the small opponents to advance. As soon as all three captains are destroyed, a cut-scene will start, completing the task.
After the video, you will have to get into the Uruk camp. Start moving towards the marker on the map and order your ally to kill various targets. As your progress will have to ??herd the soldiers of Gondor, killing the Uruks who guard them.
Move along the route, freeing the soldiers and killing all opponents. Eventually, you will find yourself in a large area with a few soldiers captured by orcs patrolling the area. Carefully take out a few enemies while in the bushes, and also use your ally to clear the area.
When all the soldiers are freed, then kill the remaining guards at the location, and then follow the marker where the cut-scene will start. Sneak past the Uruks and return to the bridge. You will need to kill the guards of this bridge blocking the way forward and return to the city. After you do this with all the enemies, get to the waypoint on the map, watch the cut-scene and complete the mission.
Initially, you will have to fight enemy groups, and a little later, more reinforcements will appear in the area. In the end, you will have to fight the Drakes that appear near the Uruks. Dealing with them is not easy! If you shoot a bow at the head, you can do a lot of damage. Keep attacking your opponents. With every second there will be more and more of them. Dodge attacks, remembering that you are surrounded by a large number of enemies. As soon as you killthe remaining number of Uruks, then a cut-scene will start. When Taleon control returns to you, you will have to fight the Nazgul. The Nazgul will have many versions, so the attacks will be different. But all you have to do is attack them with your own sword and arrows for as long as it takes to destroy them.
The Nazgûl move slowly, but can instantly teleport to you and immediately attack. Watch out for hints and block various attacks. When you see a magical attack, be sure to dodge to the side.
Be patient and wait until you block or dodge all incoming enemy attacks, then go on the offensive. You can use spells to do a lot of damage. When you see that the shadow is broken, then quickly run up to it and press the indicated key to expel it from the world. The fewer enemies, the easier the battle becomes.
Keep banishing each Nazgûl and a lengthy cutscene will play. When you regain control, follow Eltariel to Shelob's lair and watch another cutscene.
When you start the next part of this mission, you will need to use your power to gain control of tentew archers, not allowing themselves to be detected. Sneak through the location and take over the mind of every archer marked on the map. Moving along the left path, gradually moving from structure to structure, you will be able to recruit ten of the necessary archers.
As soon as you do this, you will be prompted to activate the Uruks and make them attack their allies. The rest of the enemies can be killed in the usual way, or you can take control of even more opponents and force them to fight on your side.
You will see a short cut-scene with two Uruks fighting against a more powerful monster. In this mission, you will need to fight and take control of the winner. There will be a large enemy group that will start fighting each other. Jump down and start attacking your target to break them and absorb the mind. Dodge attacks when the appropriate prompts pop up, then keep hitting the enemy and eventually you can take control of him.
Be careful of smaller enemies surrounding you, otherwise they will prevent you from attacking the right target. Before attempting to absorb an enemy's mind, make sure there are no other enemies near you. Any attack will stop the absorption procedure, because of which you will have to start all over again. ?When you capture the mind of the target, you will see a cut-scene and complete the mission.
Once the quest begins, use your ghostly vision to find the footprints leading through Karnan Forest. You will see an orc stuck in the roots of the trees that you need to interrogate - go up and press E. After a short cut-scene, continue through the forest, following the remains of dead bodies, thanks to which you will reach a new captured orc. Interrogate him, use ghostly vision again and inspect another marker, which will lead to the third Uruk stuck in the roots. Conduct the final interrogation.
Then you will have to examine the huge tree in the center of the forest. Approach him and watch the cut-scene. You will have to fight against the spirit of Karnan, who will inhabit various animals and monsters, including the "tiger", graug and dragon. Press the desired keys to shoot the beast with a bow. As soon as you deal enough damage to the "tiger", another enemy will appear - the graug.
You need to shoot the graug in the head to temporarily stun the opponent and then attack and knock him down. A dazed graug will allow you to land a lot more hits than a monster in its normal state. After you kill the graug, you have to fight Drake, dra??onom. Use a charged bow shot to damage a floating creature.
Use focus to slow down time when Drake is directly above you or somewhere nearby. Dodge the fiery flames and eventually the monster will be defeated, triggering a cut-scene to end the mission.
Examine the body lying on the ground and start following the footprints left by Eltariel. Soon you will find an elf girl. You will need to interrogate five worms in the location, which are marked with yellow markers, in order to collect information about the squealers and the Nazgûl.
Get to each of the worms, acting stealthily, and interrogate them. After doing this with all five, go back to the meeting point with Eltariel and complete the task.
To start this mission, you will need to capture all the headers at a certain location. After starting, run to the marker on the map within the allotted time to get to the first header as soon as possible. As soon as you get close, the countdown will stop. Kill all the orcs located near the header, including one captain.
While you are fighting, there will be no timer, but as soon asIf you kill the last Uruk, he will reappear on the screen, and you will need to urgently run to the second header marked on the map. You can jump on an animal nearby to speed up your movement.
Repeat the process and destroy all the Uruks. If you jumped on the beast, then with its help you can kill everyone much faster. In the meantime, you will have to deal with one captain. As soon as everyone is finished, then rush to the marker, not forgetting about the countdown. Do not be distracted by anyone, otherwise the mission will fail.
Kill all orcs for the third time, next to the header. The Nazgûl will appear and attack you. Be careful and press the keys that appear on the screen - to parry, counterattack or dodge. At the same time, you will have to pay attention to the orcs helping in the battle. Try to deal with them first, and only then focus your attention directly on the Nazgûl. This will greatly simplify the fight, and your ally will also be able to focus on the main enemy.
When you finally deal enough damage, you can exorcise the Nazgûl by holding down the E key.
This mission is related to the siege of the fortress. As part of the task, you will have to attack the protectedth fortress in the territory of Nurnen. Each location has one main fortress that you can capture. This one is plot. Before attacking the fortress, you will have to subdue several captains - literally three or four. After the mission starts, run forward and jump over the fortress wall to reach the first capture point. You will have to fight the captains and leaders of the area, as well as their bodyguards (but in the event that you did not kill them earlier).
If they are already killed, then as soon as you appear at the capture point, the countdown will begin. Stay in the highlighted yellow circle until the gauge is full. Press the "4" key to capture the point. You can dishonor the captains or even subdue them by drawing them into your army, thereby increasing its size.
After capturing the first point, move on to the next marker on the map. Repeat the same process with all other points so that you can enter the fortress bastion. When all points are under control, then go to the marked door and press the left CTRL. A cut-scene will start, resulting in you getting your first fortress.
This mission is basically a quick explanation of online conquest and siege missions. Follow the instructions to completeeat it.
In this task, you will also be explained what fighting pits are and what they are for. You will be able to select orcs from the army to infiltrate the enemy fortress and raise their rank. Watch the battle between two orcs to complete the mission.
Move to the place where you see the archers - at the very beginning of the mission. You can either kill them all, or subjugate them to your power, then jump to the place of the ritual and interrupt it. Use stealth attacks and attack opponents by jumping from above. This
You will need to kill the Nazgûl and three Uruk commanders. Take advantage of the surroundings by firing at explosive barrels and taking out multiple enemies at once. After the main opponents are finished, switch to the Nazgûl. You can subjugate captains by turning them into allies right during the battle, and then ordering them to stay and help.
The Nazgûl attacks from a distance with quick shots and sword strikes. Both attacks can be dodged or dodged. Watch out for his attacks while you're killing other enemies in the area, and keep attacking at every opportunity. When you deal enough damage to the Nazgûl, then drive him awayand complete the mission.
You will need to free three Gondorians who have been held captive in this region. They are marked on the map with yellow markers. Carefully move around the location, kill the Uruks and get close to each soldier to free him. Start with the soldier located on the nearest structure. As soon as you save him, go along the nearest ramp to see the enemy below. Shoot the explosive barrel to kill several Uruks at once before rescuing a second prisoner nearby. Due to the explosion, all other Uruks in the area will be alerted. But if you have time to free the soldier and hide, you will remain invisible.
The third prisoner is located on top of a cliff, which can be climbed normally or by jumping from the shadows. As soon as you free an ally, then go to the cave marked on the map. You will see a cut-scene, and then you can get inside the cave, which contains even more captured soldiers.
This time there will be five prisoners. Kill the group of Uruks in front and save the first two soldiers. Continue walking deeper into the cave to find the next two prisoners surrounded by Uruks. Kill enemies and free allies.
The last soldier is guarded by the captain himselfan. You need to defeat him. He will also have to destroy the Uruks helping him before saving the last ally. Use your equipment to deal with the enemies and save the soldier. When all this is done, then go to the next marker and you will see a cut-scene that ends the mission.
When you start the mission, then go to the marker on the map to find the soldiers fighting the beast. Kill or enslave the beast, after which two trolls will appear, which must be killed. During the battle, Idril will help you. There will be even more Uruks that you should definitely pay attention to.
Kill all the small opponents so that the captain comes. Defeat him as well to trigger a cutscene and complete the quest.
You will have to poison the barrels scattered throughout the location. There are many more such barrels of grog than the amount into which poison should be poured (five pieces). When you start the quest, move forward and poison the first barrel of grog. Choose four more, which is the easiest to get close to. Move around the camp poisoning barrels and avoiding enemies.
When you finally complete the task, then hide in the nearby bushes and wait forcaptain's name (a cut-scene will automatically start after you go into the bushes). You can either sneak up on the captain from behind or charge him in a frontal attack. In any case, it will be necessary to destroy the captain and some Uruks.
Use barrels and fire to kill multiple enemies at once. After that, focus on the captain, and when he dies, you will complete the mission.
You need to rescue four captured soldiers guarded by the Uruks. Move forward and kill all opponents in front of you to save the first prisoner. You can shoot into the fire pit to kill multiple enemies faster. The second soldier can be found on the left side behind the buildings nearby.
The last two captives are next to each other and are guarded by a large group of Uruks. If you get close to the right place on the tops of the buildings, you can look down and shoot an arrow at the barrels or the fire pit. When you save all the soldiers, two captains will appear. Both must be defeated to complete the mission.
Move towards Eltariel and start following the elf. She will lead you to the camp, where you will have to destroy the nine orcs patrolling the area. Sneak upapproach them from behind, attack on your own or order Eltariel to do so. Together with her, you can kill two opponents at once, remaining unnoticed. After defeating all nine Uruks, go to the marker that appears.
A small competition will begin with Eltariel - you need to kill more opponents than she. Opponents will themselves run through your area. Use Charged Bow Shot to quickly kill multiple Uruks for more deaths in total. After you kill enough Uruks, you will see another group of Orcs. One of them, marked with a marker, will have to be interrogated. Be careful and don't accidentally kill him! After that, three captains will appear - you can even run to meet them. Either kill the enemies or enslave them to complete the quest.
Follow Eltariel, who will lead you through the city. You will have to bypass several groups of patrolling Uruks. You can either avoid them or kill or enslave them. After passing through most of the city, you will find yourself near the steps of the tower. The main Nazgul will appear and fight you.
During the fight, as soon as you see that Eltariel has created a sphere of light, then run under it to protect yourself from magic attacks against??ika. It can do a lot of damage to you if you don't hide under the orb. Attack the Nazgûl and counteract his attacks with tooltips. More Uruks will spawn and attack you in parallel with the Nazgûl.
You need to dodge enemy attacks by pressing the keys that pop up on the screen, otherwise each of his attacks will cause a lot of damage. When, finally, the Nazgul is broken and a cut-scene will start.
At the beginning of the mission, follow the marker on the map. You need to rescue Baranor and a group of his soldiers captured by the Uruks. You can either jump straight into the fight or gently pummel a few enemies using invisibility. Two captains will appear in the group, which can be killed or subdued. In the end, Idril will come to the rescue. Freed Baranor and completing the mission will allow you to unlock a new ability to summon strong warriors.
After watching the video, you will need to kill ten assistants and the captain. There are two lieutenants standing on two tall towers watching over the area while the others, along with the captain, patrol the ground. First, make your way to the nearest tower and kill the first assistant. Then you can make your way to another tower todeal with the second enemy. Move around the outer area, staying unnoticed by enemies from below.
When both first assistants are dead, go downstairs. You can use stealth against multiple enemies to reduce the number of opponents in the final fight. Eventually, you will be spotted and will have to fight the remaining enemies. You can pre-shot the fire to set fire to several Uruks at once and stun the captain. This will give you a great chance to kill the captain and deal with the assistants after him. Destroy all enemies and then jump into the hole.
After the cutscene, you will have to fight Tar-Goroth, who, in turn, is attacked by the spirit of Karnan. When the battle starts, shoot a charged arrow from your bow at Tar-Goroth's back (glowing areas will be marked). When he turns to you, then dodge the attacks and falling debris from above. You need to keep moving around the location until the spirit of Karnan attacks the demon. After that, approach him again from the back and shoot at the glowing dots. Repeat all these steps four or five times, after which Tar-Gorot will run away. You need to ride the spirit of Karnan by getting close and holding the left CTRL. After that, go upstairs with him to catch up with the monster.
When dobereIf you reach the top, you will have to resist the attack of Tar-Goroth again and start a battle with him. After that, you will need to jump off the spirit of Karnan and shoot at an open area on the chest of Tar-Goroth. Return to the spirit of Karnan and climb the rock again. Before completing the mission, you will see a cut-scene.
Once the quest begins, climb Karnan and follow the path that will take you to Tar-Goroth. When you reach a small cave where the road forks, you will have to run away from Tar-Goroth chasing you. You need to shoot at the stalactites on the ceiling to slow down Goroth. Eventually, the chase will lead you out of the cave and you will end up on a large frozen lake. We'll have to fight Tar-Goroth. Dodge his attacks and run as far as possible. You cannot damage a Goroth with regular attacks!
After some time, a cut-scene will start, the spirit of Karnan will appear in the location in the form of a dragon and you will have to ride it. You need to shoot at the monster with ice breath and deal damage. You can also use an ice blast when enough energy (might) is accumulated. When you see the appropriate hint, then hold down the left CTRL to pounce on the monster and knock it into the lake. It will be necessary to repeat the steps several times, and on the third or fourththe QTE sequence is getting tired - you need to press the pop-up keys so that Goroth does not drown the dragon.
Repeat the steps a few times and eventually destroy Tar-Goroth, triggering a cutscene.
When you see a large enemy wave, then jump to the ground. There will be a Nazgul in front of you, near which there are explosive barrels - shoot one of them to cause a big explosion and destroy several opponents at once. Start the battle against the Nazgûl, keeping in mind the other attackers located around. Eventually, when you deal enough damage, the Nazgûl will jump on the airborne dragon and destroy the main gate.
Run inside and move to the marker. You will find the Nazgûl near other explosive barrels and another enemy group. Shoot the barrel to damage enemies and then finish them off. You will need to dodge a lot and parry the blows, as the enemies will surround the hero literally from all sides. Do not forget about your main goal - the Nazgûl. If you do not shoot at the barrels, then for sure you will be taken by quantity.
You will see how a large troll penetrates the location. You can jump on it after you deal enough damage. When you put on a lotabout damage, the Nazgul will run to another building. Follow him and repeat this process. When you defeat the Nazgûl and drive him out of the world, a cut-scene will start and the chapter will end.
First you have to fight with a dragon floating in the air. Use your bow to deal enough damage. You will not be able to subdue the dragon. After its destruction, Eltariel will go to another place, where he will have to fight simultaneously with two fire-breathing predators. Ordinary uruks will also appear, which will distract you over and over again.
Repeat everything you did with the first dragon to destroy both creatures in succession. Shoot explosive barrels, clearing the area from several opponents at a time. Once both dragons are defeated, follow Eltariel to a new location where you will have to fight the fearsome Nazgûl.
Approach him carefully. Try to deal melee damage and dodge his attacks when the messages appear. As your ally for the duration of the fight, Eltariel will join you to help with the other Uruks. Revive her if she suddenly kneels, but do not forget to dodge enemy attacks. After you deal enough damage,Two dragons will appear in the air and start attacking you. At the same time, your main opponent will still be alive. Use the same strategy as before, but keep moving and look for opportunities to attack the Nazgûl.
Continue the battle, dodge attacks and, in the end, defeat the Nazgûl. You don't need to defeat the dragons to deal with the main leader! Exorcise him and watch the cut-scene that ends the mission.
You need to protect the fortress from the invading enemy army. When the mission starts, you will see the captain leading the enemies. Jump down and fight them, then focus on the captain's attacks. Once they're dead, you'll run into another wave of enemies rushing into the fort.
Kill them and take care of other captains you see nearby. Once they are defeated, you will face another enemy group and three more captains. Repeat the same process and kill all the opponents that appear on the location. Then return inside the fortress and you will see a cut-scene that completes the mission.
You will need to rescue three prisoners marked with markers on the map. They will appear from the very beginning of the mission. Walk on up to??oge to the place of their imprisonment and free everyone, killing the guards nearby. When you do this, a cut-scene will start, after which you will need to defeat a whole group of enemies. You need to kill 30 Uruks and deal enough damage to Bruz to drive him out of the fortress.
Dodge as often as possible. Many enemy group captains will fight together and try to land heavy hits. Continue the battle and kill enemies using allied Uruks. Eventually, you will be able to focus most of your attacks on Bruz. When you deal a lot of damage, Bruz will run away and the mission will be completed.
Head to the marker marked on your map. You will see a cut-scene in which you will need to fight with a small group of opponents. When you clear the location, a cut-scene will start, and the mission will be completed.
Move to the marker on the map, which will appear immediately after the start of the mission. You will find an orc standing alone - kill him, then move to the next checkpoint to find three opponents already standing together. Kill them all and keep moving.
You will need to clear the totem around which the undead crowdedb. There you will meet Zog for the first time - an Uruk necromancer who attacks you along with his subordinates. Clear the totem ASAP and then finish off the remaining enemies to complete the mission.
Mount Karnan at the beginning of the mission and head towards the marker. You need to clear three totems scattered around the location, as well as kill a few archers. In addition to archers, there will be other opponents. I recommend flying all over the area and using ice breath to take out 40 archers.
Keep flying and shooting without releasing the LMB, otherwise the archers will quickly destroy you. After that, you can jump down and clear every totem in the territory of the enemy camp. You can return to Karnan in dragon form to fly from one totem to another.
When all the totems are cleared, then destroy the remaining archers (if any), and then complete the mission.
Follow the Ratmaster through the enemy camp, where there will be many captive Uruks to free. You can either climb to the top of the area and get to each prisoner, or use a shadow strike to clear it out faster ?about everyone. Using shadow strike will allow you to kill enemies located on the way to markers with prisoners. Some enemies will move around the area, including beasts.
When you save all the Uruks, you will need to defeat Bruz, located below. Those same allies will help you. Once Bruz hides, the mission will end.
Mount Karnan, who will appear as a graug, and travel to each waypoint on the map. It will be necessary to clear a total of three totems, also destroying the enemy undead. Use Karnan's poisonous breath to deal with the enemies, but in order to cleanse the totems, you need to dismount and get close to them.
Make sure you kill all the enemies on the ground, otherwise they will damage you while you are trying to clear the totems. Throwing a Karnan Stone does a lot of damage, but it's a more targeted and slower attack, while Poison Breath will allow you to instantly clear an area. As soon as the last totem is destroyed, the mission will end.
First, go to the marker to explore the area and find Eltariel. Follow her through the location and you will find yourself in an open area. Watch toat-scene, and then you have to fight the sorcerers. These perfumes can be damaged when frozen. Defeat all four opponents and then go to the marker. You will see even more markers appear on the map. Go through the area and destroy all enemies.
When they are dead, then again follow Eltariel to another open area. Then you will start the battle against Isildur, who is accompanied by ghosts. Try to destroy them first, and then focus on Isildur. Use the on-screen prompts to dodge the enemy in time and parry his attacks. When Eltariel creates a barrier of light, then run inside it to protect yourself from Isildur's magical attacks.
At some point, a cut-scene will start and you will have to face even more dead people. One of them, however, will be stronger than the rest - he acts in much the same way as the captain of the Uruks. Try to get rid of the rest of the ghosts, and after that deal with it. After clearing the area of enemies, you will complete the task.
You will have to clear four totems scattered throughout the forest. Move to each of them and cleanse from black magic. There will be undead enemies around the totems, so be careful andI started to destroy them, and after that clean the totem. When you deal with all four totems, then return to the base of the large tree indicated on the map.
You must kill the undead enemies trying to burn the tree. Enemies will split into small waves, and they will need to be killed. In addition to Uruks with torches, there will also be ordinary Orcs. Kill them as soon as possible as you are trying to burn down the tree. they won't pay much attention to you.
Other enemies will distract you, but try not to waste time on them, otherwise the HP supply of the great tree will quickly deplete. The more enemies you are distracted by, the faster you will fail the mission. Kill them all and you will be able to watch the cut-scene that ends the mission.
Follow the Ratmaster until he leads you to the cave entrance. Go inside and get to the marker to find Bruz. Then you will need to accelerate to the deeper part of the cave and run there in 30 seconds. Once you reach the marker, turn back and exit the cave, trying to catch up with Bruz.
You will see explosive barrels that will activate as you run past. Continue to the exit of the cave and you will see a group of Uruks. Defeat opponents in ambush and complete?those task.
Jump down and accelerate to the location ahead, where the marker points. You need to clean again the four undead totems scattered around the location. They are surrounded by enemies. After that, you will have to fight Zog and his army. If there is an opportunity to call allies or animals, then use it when the battle begins.
This will help you control a large crowd, but also provide a distraction while you clear the totem. Zog will attack you, but don't focus on him at the moment. At least until you destroy the four totems that fuel his powers. Totems also form a cursed aura on the battlefield that harms you and allies. If you let the totems last too long, you will soon be killed.
Once the totems are destroyed, it remains to defeat Zog. Use various attacks and dodge skills to knock down your opponent. When you reduce his HP to the minimum level, he will go into a rage and begin to deal even more damage, as well as curse with his attacks. Keep dodging, parrying and attacking Zog until he is killed.
Meet with the Rat, who is on the control?th point, then follow him to Bruz's camp. It is necessary to penetrate the territory of the camp without warning anyone about it. Head inside and kill every enemy you see ahead, one by one. If you attack normally, an alarm will be raised and all the Uruks will know about your arrival. However, you may have time to kill the enemy trying to activate the alarm. When you kill all the enemies in the camp, you can move even deeper.
You will find yourself in a large area guarded by opponents. If you fight with them, then the other enemy will raise the alarm, and it will be more difficult to stop him. Your target is at the very end of the location, so move along the left or right edge to bypass the patrols. Use tall structures to outflank your opponents. It will be easier for you to move on top, especially if there is a hit from the shadow. When you are at the end of the camp, a cut-scene will activate.
Follow the rescued Uruk to where Bruz and other opponents await you. You will have to fight with everyone, but the rescued Uruk will help in the battle. Use explosive barrels to clear the area of smaller enemies while continuing to attack Bruz. Dodge the attacks and keep fighting until you break Bruz. Once you've done that, use Consume and select the "Shame" option. Browse cat-the scene that ends the passage.
Move to the indicated place, destroy six totems. Each totem will be guarded by the usual undead and captains that you managed to kill earlier. The central totem is protected by an animated Zog. For obvious reasons, none of the undead can be subdued, so you have to kill everyone. By doing this and clearing the totems, you will complete the quest chain.
Meet Eltariel waiting ahead. You will have to free your allies, and then interrupt the ritual in which they are going to be killed. Move through the location and free the captives, avoiding the central part where the Nazgul is located.
You can use Eltariel to stealthily kill enemies. It is necessary to kill as many Uruks as possible now, so that they no longer take part in the battle. When all allies are released, then go to the center to the Nazgul. A group of captains will appear, with whom you will also have to fight. focus on the Nazgûl and deal enough damage to him to banish him from the world. Another Nazgul will immediately appear, but you will also have to destroy the captains of the Uruks.
When fighting a large enemy group, call on allies and use all your ??ability to control the battle. When you clear the location, kill the second Nazgul and exile him. Watch the cut-scene that completes the story quests of the second act.
Before starting the mission "Bright Lord" you need to make sure that you have completed all other missions in other regions. If you complete this mission without going through the rest, you will no longer be able to return to them and complete them until the end of the story. When the quest begins, you will have to fight a large group of Uruks. Summon allies and fight opponents using massive attacks. You will have to kill two captains.
Once you deal with them, move forward and destroy the next wave of opponents under the leadership of another captain. If you subdue them, you can use them as allies to defeat a large army in your path. Keep going towards the next enemy wave that goes through a large number of opponents. Repeat the steps again, after which the Nazgul will fight with you. Summon allies, but don't forget the Nazgûl. Continue the battle until you can drive out the enemy. You will see a cutscene that ends the mission.
When will it endlong cut-scene, then you will again control Talion. Go forward and capture the first point of the fortress. You can now summon undead soldiers by pressing the T key. You will need to kill groups of Uruks and Nazgûl in order to capture the area. Keep fighting until you get a hint about the possibility of capturing a point - the "4" key (by default). Then go to the second point.
Repeat the same process and capture the area. You'll be fighting another Nazgûl, but little else changes in the scenario. Continue forward and capture the third point using the same actions, and eventually you will need to do the same with the fourth. Once that's done, head to the upper part of the city by climbing over the fence and grab a point in the courtyard.
You will see a short cut-scene and then you will have to fight the Witch-king. Attack him, dodging powerful blows. Eventually, after taking enough damage, the Witch-king will summon a Nazgul who will shoot at you at random times. Dodge the attacks and then continue the battle against the Witch King. During the battle, attack the king, who will eventually summon two more Nazgûl.
Repeat the same process and you will be able to banish the Witch-king. A cut-scene will start, afterwhere you will control Celebrimbor against Sauron. The first part of the fight is simple - attack Sauron, counteracting his blows with the help of the keys that pop up on the screen. You will be assisted by Eltariel, who constantly distracts the enemy.
Eventually, Sauron will change form and turn into a huge knight with stronger hits and a heavy attack that knocks you back. Attack Sauron, but press the pop-up keys to dodge powerful blows. He will then push you with magic. Repeat the process again and again to fight him until the last phase.
When you deal enough damage, Sauron will stagger and you will be asked to exorcise the villain. Do this and Sauron will retreat briefly. He will return to his original form, but will deal even more devastating blows and start teleporting all over the battlefield. Avoid ground attacks by dodging to the sides. When prompted, attack Sauron, repeating the process over and over again. When you can finally expel the villain, then use the technique. Watch the final cut-scene.
When you complete the mission "Bright Lord", you will unlock new skills, new random tasks and get a decentoutfit for your character. You can continue to capture areas and subjugate the Uruks to join your army. It will also be possible to capture and defend new fortresses through siege missions. They are called "Shadow Wars" and are divided into several stages.
There are ten stages in Shadow Wars, upon completion of which you will unlock an additional episode with a cut-scene (epilogue), which is directly related to the events that took place in the mission "Bright Lord".
Note . If you lose the siege mission, you will need to reclaim the fortress in order to continue. When you return to the location, you will move on to the next stage of the Shadow Wars.
