Walkthrough Shantae and the Seven Sirens

Shantae and Seven Sirens is a platform game developed by WayForward. It is the fifth game in the Shantae series, after Shantae: Half-Genie Hero.


Introduction

Talk to the mayor, then save your game. Go right 1 screen to find and talk to Harmony. Run left past the central area and enter the room marked by the telescope, then go down the passage and keep moving down and left until you find Zapple.

Head straight ahead a couple of screens to find Fillin The Blank. Return to the surface, go left 1 screen, go down the passage, keep going left, open the nugget chest and talk to Vera.


Go left and talk to Plink and you'll be back in town, then enter the rightmost door to watch a cool cutscene.

Siren "Water Lily" (Water Lily Sire)

Run right until you reach the end, then go down the passage and go left. Get another nugget and a squid from the cave at the end.

Head to the right, along the way you will meet Risky Boots, jump into the passage. You will enter a new zone. Enter the first door on the right to open the Room. Exit the room and go down and to the left to see your uncle.


After Shantae hits her, run to the right, fall into the passage, go straight down and follow the path to the right and down to reach the entrance to the Water Lily's Lair.

Walk right, then down. At the bottom, go left 1 screen, stand on the button, and go left. Several fights will become available in the arena. Get the key , run to the right, open the door, stand on the button, then quickly jump up and go right.


In this large room, go to the bottom right corner and crawl left from the bottom left platform to get a map from the chest. Exit through the upper right door. Defeat the enemy and get the key .

Enter the lower right door in the large room, stand on the button and jump to the right, then move carefully along the linear path and fight Risky Boots.


Keep going left and down to find Plink and get Dash Newt. Exit this room and go upstairs to get a Heart Squid. Exit the room and turn left, go up and find another Heart Squid.

Walk left 1 screen, then go up and go right, work your way and jump over the Key at the end to collect some money.


Pick up the key on the left. Walk to the left side to be on a ledge, then run right to the last squid (Heart Squid).

Go left and down, you will face a battle in the arena. Save your game and fight the Water Lily Sire. This boss can't stand the light. You need to lure her into the light. Then deliver a very powerful blow.

Coral Siren

Head back until you reach Dash Newt. You will gain access to the chest, take the nugget. Go left and climb the pillar, then keep going left and up into the city. There you can exchange 4 squids with Squidsmiths and buy upgrades.

Continue straight ahead then left, get to the hut at the end. Search the trash can and take the item. Head back to town and enter the room with the star, exit the room, climb up and head right to get another Heart Squid and keep collecting Lumpy Barnacle.

Back in town, go to the item shop and talk to the lady with the glasses to get a Fusion Stone, then ?Give it to Plink in the rightmost room to get a Seer Dance.

Run to the left of the town, go down the passage, go left, enter the cave to get another Squid, keep going left and use the Seer Dance at the end to get to Tree Town.

Talk to the chief in the middle hut, enter the top left hut, play the mini-game and talk to the chief again about the Useless Objec.

Head straight out of the village and open the hatch with the Useless Objec to enter the Mossy Biome, run to the end and climb up to get the Nugget from the chest.

Go back and take the first passage, then turn right to find your uncle who will give you a pen. Go back to where you entered the Mossy Biome, go left and use the handle on the device to raise the water, then go up and left to enter the Coral Mine.

Follow the linear path, fight the golem in the arena, and go left to the puzzle room. To solve the puzzle, slide the top and bottom rows all the way to the left, slide the middle row to leave 2 empty blocks and 1 empty block to its right, pull the chain down and break the block to get a key .

Run straight to the end, open the door, raisego right and use the Seer Dance and Dash Newt to get some extra money, then go back and go downstairs. Destroy the golems in the arena by pulling the chain and move on to get the Key .

Go back to the pillar and turn left down to get another Key . Then go right, unlocking 2 doors along the way. You will enter another room with a puzzle.

To solve this puzzle - move the bottom row all the way to the left, the middle one to the right, and the top row should have 1 empty block to its left.

Head left past the tricky room to another save location. You'll have to fight Risky Boots again, then get a Gastro Drill from Faith. After you return to the familiar room, go right and look for a squid (Heart Squid), then go left. Reach the puzzle (top and middle rows with 2 empty blocks on the left and bottom with 1). After solving it, get the key .

Go right 1 screen and climb up, go left and down. There you will find the Key , and then drop down to where you just went up, go right 1 screen and go down to find the Map, then go left to go to the boss.

To defeat Coral Siren (Drills to the Gills), dodge bombs, drill into the ground to avoid attack, and hiton it after jumping.
