At the end of the path, you need to kill the last enemies, and then enter the portal.

Arena of the Sacred Blood

Open the map via the ESC menu and select the next level, the arena. Fight in the Arena with enemies, and then defeat the Devil. Wait for it to jump and then attack while it is stunned. An alternative option is to accumulate rage until the Devil appears, and then activate it with the R key.
