There will be an alley to your left. Roll up and repel an attack from one of the infected. Walk forward until you reach the bar. You'll have plenty of time to escape, so smash the broken wall nearby and then keep running until you encounter an army. Once the scene ends, you will be ready to move on to the next chapter of the game.
Once the cutscene ends, follow Tess until you reach the mission checkpoint.
Once you get to the ration line, go right and then just keep going forward to the next marker. Once Tess is done talking to you, use the first aid kit you received and follow her into the building.
Keep walking until you reach a room at the back of the building. Use the entertainment center here, then turn it to the right. Enter the tunnel that appears, drop down and keep moving forward as Tess leads the way.
Grab all your supplies from the nearby workbench, then push Tess so she can get past the barrier. Move forward until you are outside again.
Building ahead. Turn left from him, then take the ladder from behind the car. Bring it to the wall with a large hole, put it and climb up. Once you're inside, search to?Whoa, there's a lot of supplies in the crates.
Head back down and then continue following Tess. In the end, you will have to put on a gas mask. Enter the deadly cloud, then crouch down and go through the broken wall until you reach the laundry room. Go past the source of the infection, then pull the beam to open the door. Whatever you decide to do with the dying man, make sure you grab the ammo that is near his feet when you're done.
Keep walking through this dilapidated building, then crouch to go through the door. You will now have to go through a very brief tutorial section that will help you deal with the three runners who are about to start hunting for your blood.
Return to the kitchen, grab more ammo from the side room, then go upstairs. Head left before going outside and go through the closed door. Artifact and some food on the other side. Once you grab them, follow Tess until you're out in the open air.
Keep following her until both of you are on the second floor of the building. Now jump down to get a wooden board, then go to Te??c, which will raise it. Find a hole in the wall, then go through it and climb back up to Tess's level. Climb over the plank with her, jump off the fire escape, and keep following her.
When you get to the door, pause for a moment to shoot the pendant from the tree branch, then go inside when you pick it up.
Grab the ammo from the table, then head out the door and enter the quarantine area once it's safe to do so. Keep walking through this area until you get off the bus and move into a new area. Before moving on, look out for a couple of Artifacts if you're hunting for collectibles - one is a Wanted Poster , the other is called a Summon Notice on the floor near the table.
It's time to catch up with Tess, who is in the alley to your right. Once the guard has been bribed, continue forward and finish off the wandering thugs standing between you and your target. Once they're dead, help Tess get over the wall, then keep walking forward until you reach a fence with a hole in it. Make your way through the fence, fight the enemies as quietly as possible.
To do this, head right up to the windows until you hear them, then slip into the shadows and take them both out. With this, you can get more ammo,as well as another Artifact from corpses.
Go through the door ahead, then follow the sandbags for cover. Once you've used the bottle to create a distraction, get out and finish off the guards. Now go upstairs and enter the warehouse, grabbing a sharpener and a first aid kit from the table as you go.
Move around the room, killing all the guards you come across. When you're done, go down to the bottom floor and go to the big garage door. Now you will find yourself in a fight with Robert and his thugs.
When all of them take their positions, go along the far left edge of the location. Eventually, one of the enemies will head towards you before turning around. Use the opportunity to choke him and then go back to where you started.
Wait for the patrol to move away from you, then kill the motionless bandit, and after him the patrol. Now use the forklift for cover and use this position to take out the enemy when he turns his back on you. Sneak up to the next target and destroy it, then divert attention to finish off the last minion.
Once you've dealt with everyone, go through the door at the back of the building and hit Tess on it. Now you need to chase Robert - in no case slow down, otherwise you risk losing him and failing this part of the mission.

Once you catch up with Robert, you will switch to a cutscene. When it's over, take the supplies from the nearby table. Follow Marlene and go up the stairs, then jump down the window after her. Grab all the supplies from this area, then help her open the big blue door.
Following Marlene outside, go upstairs and enter the building. You will now have to kill the guard while Marlene deals with the other one. Deal with the remaining guards, go downstairs to trigger a new cut-scene.
Together with Ellie, continue to move forward, collecting all the supplies that you meet on the way. Go down the stairs to your left, then go down the stairs to your right, go through the tunnel, go up. Continue down this narrow corridor.
When you eventually reach the open courtyard, keep walking forward but keep your eyes on the green container. Drag it to the fire escape, then climb on it to access the ladder. Climb the stairs, go inside, then keep walking towards the door. Open it and go inside.
Now that Tess is back, talk to her, then?? follow her to the secret room and turn on the generator. Now turn on the elevator.
Keep going forward and then go through the gap in the wall. Continue until you reach a ladder, then climb it and go outside. Keep going forward until you reach a lobster truck, then climb into it.
Right after you find out Ellie's extraordinary secret, you will need to quickly get her out of there. Keep following Tess, always staying away from the spotlights. When Joel takes over, head to the left to stay away from the light and keep moving forward, using the shadows to avoid the attention of the guards. When you get to the new room, grab all the items inside, then go outside and enter the next pipe.
Keep chasing Tess until you reach what looks like a dead end. Turn right and keep going forward until you reach the Spore Cadaver. Take it and go further along the building, repel the attack of one of the evil clickers. Tess will finish off the mutant, giving you the opportunity to collect all the supplies that are nearby. Once you're done, catch up with Ellie and Tess in the water room. T?Now you need to help them climb the wall.
Follow Tess a little more, then you have to take responsibility for the situation. Go right and jump down through the hole, then go forward and left. Soon you will encounter a runner - quickly eliminate him.
There are more clickers and runners lurking here, and we recommend being as stealthy as possible, killing the latter one by one. Once the Runners are dead, use the shank on the Nutcracker's neck to finish off the last threat. Once Tess and Ellie catch up with you, follow Tess into the tunnel. Make sure you interact with any firefly corpses, as some of them have valuable supplies and artifacts. When you're done, go through the small gap in the back left side of the room - just be prepared to fight the Clickers and Runners on the other side.
Use shivs or any other stealth weapon you need to take out the clickers first. Just be aware that you can't choke a nutcracker to death. Once you've finished off the first group of enemies, deal with the runners and continue following the directions to the orange line.
When you get there, will you?You can push Tess and then follow her to the truck blocking the way outside. Use the container nearby to get over the truck, kill any infected you find in the next building, then grab the trash can. Keep following Tess until she gets to the door, then pull the chain to open it.
Shortly after entering the garage, Ellie and Tess will start talking about the infected creatures. Make your way to the light and make any changes to your weapon's abilities. When you're done, exit the garage through the right door and look around. Eventually you will come to a room with a huge bell.
Walk to the left of the bell and then go up to the second floor of the building. Dig deep for supplies, and then make your way into the space below the rubble. As soon as the path to Ellie and Tess is clear, a flock of clickers will appear.
Kill all the clickers, then enter the door on the left and go upstairs. Crouch before opening the next door you come to, as this will cause Joel to open it nicely and slowly. Kill the Runner in the next room, then go through the door on your right.
Keep following Tess and save Ellie from the Runner, but be prepared to face another pack of Runners. Once all the enemies are dead, chase Tess and leave the building through the window. Podnrun up the fire escape, then use the plank to close the gap above.
Climb down, then grab the trash can on your left and use it to push the gate. Exit the alley and enter the water. Turn right, then go upstairs to enter the next building.
Tess will make her stand up, after which you need to take all the supplies from the table before going up the stairs to your right. Go left, then head towards the gap in the wall. Go through it to get to the next room, then take the hunting rifle from the corpse on the floor. Keep moving forward and use cover to avoid the soldiers.
Once you've killed them all, continue to the next room, but be prepared to face the soldiers that will arrive on your right. After dealing with them, keep going forward until you reach the stairs. Climb down them and go right.
Follow Ellie through the tunnel until she grabs you and then kill the two soldiers. Walk past the train car and enter the water. While swimming, stick to the left side until you reach an area that you can stand on. Continue id??and straight ahead, then jump back into the water. Use your light to make it easier to find the floating pallet and then use it to help Ellie get across. Once she lowers the ladder, go up it and keep walking forward towards the light.
Carefully inspect the forest for items you may need, then go right. You will come across a locked gate, but don't worry. Go around the corner and find the plank that is leaning against the wall and attach it to the structure behind you. Climb up and get the ability by picking up the pipe from the ground.
Now take the same board and lay it across the structure to your right. Go through and collect all the nearby supplies, then find a hole in the fence and crawl through it. Watch out for a couple of clickers lurking nearby and take cover. Using a bottle or a brick as a distraction, lure them out of their original location and then kill them both. Once they are dead, gather all the supplies you can find and then help Ellie climb over the gate. Check the Shiva door on the left as you approach this gate. There is also a staircase that will lead you through a small building filled with supplies.
Before looking around the magazines, collect all the ammo. Find the safe behind the pickup truck across from the pizzeria - is the code you need on a scrap of paper??and lying on the barricade in a dead end. Grab the items, then head down the alley near the music store. Here you will see a tension cable, just wait for the clicker to appear around the corner and activate it.
Once the clicker's head explodes, continue forward using the ladder on the truck to pick up the bow. Walk along the wooden plank, then take it and lean against the building, next to the stairs. Climb the stairs, take the plank to create a narrow passage to the next building. Once you cross over and kill the Nutcracker on the other side (this is a great opportunity to practice with your new bow, keep going forward until you reach another ladder. Climb down, then crouch to safely pass the next zipline.
Turn left and open the door you came to. Now go upstairs and collect all the items you can find in the room to your right. Now enter the next room, but be prepared to deal with the runner. Deal with him and collect supplies scattered around the room and return to the street. There are more traps to fight here, so use any bricks and bottles lying around to activate each trap.
Go through the gate you came to, then turn right. As soon as you activate the stretch in front of you, length?Let's move forward and go through the next door. Joel will become entangled in a new trap. Stay calm and use your weapons to take down the infested swarms - favor the clickers if you can. Kill them. In this section, you have unlimited ammo, so just keep shooting even if the enemies are in the distance. Keep the infected away from Ellie and you will survive.
Now run with Bill as fast as you can, killing the infected as you go. When you get to the laundry room, the enemies will try to get to you. Kill them, then make sure you take the bat from the washing machine. Keep chasing Bill until you get to his hideout.
Grab all nearby supplies, then follow Bill. Be sure to take care of any weapon upgrades you want to make before you leave. As you follow Bill, pick up any other useful items you can find and then meet him at the door. Keep following him until you're outside again, but be prepared to fight a group of enemies.
First of all, kill all the runners using any projectile or melee weapon you have. Then deal with the Nutcrackers - they can't see you, so move a short distance from each one and kill them with bullets or traps??. Once all the enemies are dead, gather supplies and follow Bill again.
The next area you will enter is a residential area filled with clickers and runners. The best strategy is to simply avoid as many fights as possible - after all, these runners will alert all nearby clickers. Your final goal is the white door located to the left of your current position. If you decide to explore the area before heading to this door, make sure you use Joel's listening mode. Remember that you now have a bow with which you can kill silently. Not only that, sometimes you can even extract arrows from dead enemies.
When you get to the last door, go through it very carefully, as there are a lot of clickers waiting for you in the house on the other side. Don't fight them, just sneak through the building and leave without causing any trouble. Alternatively, create hammers and use a brick or bottle to lure the clickers into one room. You can burn them all in one go.
In the next house, there are no enemies at all, so explore and collect all the items. Once you're done here, catch up with Bill and help him open the garage door.
You need to be very stealthy when it comes to taking out swarms of Runners you encounter next. Sneak up on creatures?? on the right, then use listening mode to find the others. After you've carefully cleared every last one, push Ellie towards the school bus and ask her to grab onto the ladder. Climb up and keep following Bill, then run to the left when you hear clickers. Bill will open the window for you.
Now you'll find yourself in Lincoln High School, and it's just teeming with joggers and clickers, so always keep yourself in control. We recommend using every ranged weapon you have - bombs, pistols, molotovs and more. Try to pile up enemies using a brick or battle as a distraction and then damage them. When the first batch is dead, head towards the Gym, killing any other Infected you meet along the way.
It's time to face a new enemy - Slicker. This beast is filled with spores of a throbbing fungus that both threaten you and protect the creature itself. Before turning your attention to the main enemy, kill all the runners that appear first. When fighting the main target, try to keep some distance from each other to avoid arguments, and just keep shooting when it's safe to do so.
The best way to deal with Stomp is with fire. Throw at it??molotov cocktails and look around the gym to find spare parts for bombs and traps.
With Drifter dead, grab all the remaining supplies scattered around the room, then push Bill up the stairs. Kill the runners that appear, then exit through the window. Catch up with Bill and go up the stairs before you get caught by other enemies.
Collect all the supplies hidden in the house, then get to the back of the truck and give it a good push. In total, clickers and runners will interrupt you three times. The best way to deal with this section is to use a shotgun and any Molotovs you have left. Keep your weapon reloaded and have Bill take out a few enemies, saving you some ammo. Once the third batch is destroyed, jump into the back of the truck.
Deal with the attacker who ambushed you, then go and save Ellie. Be ready to fight the Hunters as soon as you get her to safety. Kill them, take all the nearby supplies, then go and meet Ellie at the garage door across from where you were attacked. Open it, grab all the supplies you can find, be sure to grab the smoke bomb and toolbox here, and then go upstairs.

Keep searching the area, then go right when you hear people talking. When the Hunters fall, kill them all. Throwing Molotov cocktails as soon as they fall is extremely effective here if you have a spare. Then go left and climb over the cars to reach a new area.
Kill the next group of Hunters you come across, then enter the bookstore on your right. Kill all the enemies inside, then go up the stairs and repeat. Gather all the supplies you see, then look for the exit sign. Leave the building and keep walking forward until a new cutscene starts.
When entering the next area, look for a yellow taxi. In front of it, you will find a sharpening door marked with a red X. Now jump into the water.
Swim to the wooden pallet and return it to Ellie. Swim back to the board, then enter the cargo hold at the back. Swim to the left, go upstairs, walk up the ramp, and then climb over the plank to get to Ellie. Now follow inside the hotel.
Look for useful items, then go left and go up the ladder. Lean it against a wall where there are no railings. Walk to the right to get the code for the safe (in??m will need to slip through), then open the safe before returning to the stairs. Climb up, go left and leave the hotel.
Now head back to the hotel and deal with the Hunters - especially watch out for the one throwing Molotov cocktails. Keep going towards the burning trash cans and the arrows painted on the walls. Pick up all the items you see and kill all the Hunters as you walk towards the elevator. Climb up the elevator shaft and then give Ellie a leg so she can get to the stairs. Joel will fall into the water.
Swim to the right and make your way through the elevator shafts. As soon as you get to the gate blocking the way, swim under it. Activate the generator when you find it, but be prepared to face a new enemy type: Stalkers. These terrible creatures are mutants that Runners become when they turn into clickers, and they are great at ambushing from cover. As a rule, they will wait in ambush around the corners. Use your flashlight to spot them and your shotgun to kill them when they attack.
Next, go upstairs and look for a room with a blue floor. Take the right exit, then take the hotel key card from the room on the other side of the hall. Continue moving through the hotel until you find a fungus-covered corridor. Get to the end of this corridor and then use the key card you took. If you move quicklyYou should avoid meeting with drifters.
Keep walking forward until you reach the kitchen. Kill the Hunters you meet and then find a ladder to climb up. As you climb you will be ambushed by the Hunter - be prepared to complete the QTE to deal with the threat.
Now that you and Ellie are back together, head up the stairs and then explore the hotel until you find a way out. Push the piano against the wall, climb onto it and go right. Continue walking in the direction of the light, and leave the hotel.
While Ellie is hiding behind her rifle, kill all the Hunters, then grab all the supplies you can find and follow her. To your left is the garage door - open it and look around.
Climb up and kill a couple of hunters that you meet. Now look for a bookcase protected by braces. Kill the next group of Hunters, but watch out for the guy throwing explosives while you do it. Leave the bookstore by following Ellie, then push her towards the stairs. Keep exploring until you reach a store filled with Hunters.
Go around the turret, knocking them out one by one, then enter the building that is across the street from where you entered. There is a window here that you can use to go around the fence and move forward. Several hunters will ambush youuh, keep your weapons ready. Keep moving forward until a cutscene starts.
Two new survivors will join you. Kill all the Hunters by following Henry to the hideout, then get on the bus on your left. Kill the Hunters upstairs, then go to the hideout. A cutscene will play and you will have to wait until dark to start the plan.
Keep following Henry out of the office, kill the two guards you came to (Henry will take one of them for you), then leave the building. Don't draw attention and make sure you kill the nearest Hunter. Deactivate the generator to divert attention, and then kill the Hunters who come to scout. Open the bridge doors and take out the Hunter on the truck.
Now open the garage door on the left and take cover inside to kill the Hunters in the bar. Move the cart away from the door, then open it and crawl under the chains. Keep running after Ellie to avoid the turret. Joel and Ellie jump into the water to save themselves. This chapter ends...
Look around the entire beach for items, look in the boat nearby for a few collectibles. Now go back the way you came until you find Sam. Follow him to the rocks, help Henry open the gate, then enter the sewer??Yu.
Keep following your new friends until you reach a crossroads. Go right and then keep going forward until you reach a dead end. Find an air vent in the room, open it, and then let Ellie climb through it. Once she opens the door, go through it yourself and take all the items you see. Now exit the room and meet up with Sam and Henry. Keep following them until you reach a new room.
Jump into the water at the gate on your right. Keep swimming until you reach the pipe that blocks the gate. Once you remove it, Henry will raise the gate, allowing you to swim underneath and up the steps to your left.
Head up the stairs to your left, then push the nearest pallet into the water. Before heading back into the water - if you need supplies - head into the room to your left. The room is infested with clickers, get ready to throw a Molotov cocktail. Take items, then is?Use the ladder to go down and access the hole to your right. Pick up the items and then enter the water again.
Push the pallet until you return to Ellie. Once she's on it, take her to the generator so she can start it. Once Sam and Henry join you, follow them into the next room, where more supplies can be found. Now open the door at the end of the corridor, thus activating the trap.
Enter this new room and grab all the supplies, including the pistol that is on the table to your left. Walk down the corridor to your left, then open the door you came through. Climb down, but be prepared to run back when you encounter infected enemies. By running up, you make Henry and Sam do all the hard work for you!
Once all the enemies are dead, continue down the stairs to your right, pick up all the supplies, and head back to the entrance. Turn right, go upstairs, then go through the door on the left and grab some more supplies. Now go down the sewers, go down and enter the door on the right.
You are locked in the Stalker's lair, and you and Sam have to deal with the infectednym. These creatures move very fast and are very aggressive - even if you try to sneak past them, they will catch you.
Keep to the right side and go past the blue crates and then towards the bedroom on your left. You will be able to control both entrances to the area by killing the Stalkers. In terms of weapons, we recommend using something powerful like the Hunter Rifle. Once they're all dead, head into the huge room with the filtration system and then help Sam get to the stairs. Climb up it yourself, and then jump down.
Once you land, run towards the door ahead of you. Just keep moving and climbing. Fight clickers and stalkers, use Molotov cocktails and a bomb on the table. Once you've dealt with the enemies, take all the supplies you can find and leave the sewers. When using bombs, watch out for any infected that crawl towards you. They can still hurt you, so finish them off quickly with melee attacks.
There are no infected here to worry about, so take your time exploring the houses for the supplies you need. Once you reach a dead end, turn around and head towards the house that is to the right of the ice cream van. Go through the front door and exit through the back door, then go up the yellow stairs to your right.
You will notice that the sniper is shooting at you, so use cover as you approach his position. You will see a muzzle flash if you are spotted. Try to keep moving and stay away from any windows during the fight. Enter the house to your left and kill the Hunter. Now exit the house through the back door and go to the right, killing all the Hunters you come across. Eventually you will reach a platform on your left. Get on it, climb over the fence and run as fast as you can to the top floor where the sniper is. Kill him and take the rifle.
Now use the rifle to cover Sam, Ellie and Henry. Keep firing at the Hunters until the turret reappears, then shoot the turret driver the moment he exposes himself to reveal the top. When the turret is destroyed, get ready to protect your friends and just keep shooting at the infected.
Time to track down Joel's brother, another Firefly. Keep following the road until you reach the very end, then turn left and continue following the river until you reach the dam. Climb up the ladder on the right side and turn the wheel to launch the bridge. Now climb over the railing on the right and jump into the water. Go right and then dive down so you can swim in the malé?What building below. Pull out the pallet, then use it to bring Ellie into position to activate the other part of the bridge.
Keep going forward, then go left when you see a hole in the railing. Collect all the items nearby, go up the stairs. Look inside the hut to find supplies and the El Diablo Cannon. Next, head to the large doors to your right. El Diablo is an accurate large-caliber pistol with a telescopic sight. Think of it like a more mobile version of a hunting rifle.
Keep following Ellie until you come to your brother and make sure you have all the items. Once you get to the end of your journey, Joel and Tommy will have a lively chat to say the least.
At this point, the camp is attacked by bandits - keep killing them until you get to Ellie, who runs away without you. Ride with Tommy until you get attacked, then kill the bandits and pick up all the supplies nearby. There are about seven enemies to kill here, use your new weapon. Deal with enemies and saddle up. Go to the ranch where Ellie is.
Grab all the supplies scattered around the house, then go upstairs and get ready to fight the bandits when they show up. Try to use as many melee attacks as possible during this fight if you are low on combat??ripasov. You can also use smoke bombs. After dealing with the enemies, leave the house to end this chapter of the game.
Drive to the university, then head to the garage with the car. Here you can not only replenish supplies, but you can get a flamethrower. Climb up, look for the sniper's nest and some important Firefly lore. Once you've got everything, return to your horse and continue to the left into the building that's missing the wall.
Eventually you will come to the gate and your horse will be spooked by the nearby runners. Go inside and pay attention to the panel on the wall. Yellow and red wires lead from it to the second floor. Climb up, kill all the enemies and turn on the generator. Follow the yellow cord on the floor, then return to ground level to open the gate. Go through them, turn left, go upstairs and get over the barricade.
Dig around here to find more supplies, go forward until you reach another gate. Get off your horse and search the hostel until you find a generator - there are no infected here, so take your time to look around and get all the supplies. When you find a hole in the floor, jump down.
There are clickers and drifters down here, so use stealth to kill the enemies with your knife. It is fashionable to use a flamethrower and Molotov. Regardless of how you do it, head to the door at the end of the corridor on your left. Open it, go through, go upstairs, search the dorms, then go outside again. Activate the generator on the opposite side of the gate to open it.
Get back on your horse and go through the archway to your right. When you get to the safe area with the tents, find some supplies, then get back on your horse and jump over the barricade on your left. Keep going straight, then turn left and push the container down the slope. Now pull him up to the truck on the right, climb on both of them and go inside the building.
Grab all the supplies from the building, then head up the nearby stairs. Search here as well, then follow the yellow markings on the floor until you reach a hallway with an exit sign. Walk down this corridor before entering the room to your right. Here you will find a barricaded door - break it open??.
You will need to fight a few bandits before you can move forward again. Joel will get seriously injured after a while - have Ellie do the lift and you focus on shooting when you are instructed to do so. Just keep going until you get outside.
To complete this section of deer hunting, you need to be very careful not to step on branches or you will scare your prey. Follow the deer and shoot it with your bow as soon as you can. Keep following the trail of blood, then shoot him again. Eventually you will come to a hut with two more survivors.
Now you have to defend the shack with David from the advancing infected. Lean your back against the wall and focus on window activities. Shoot everything that appears, then exit the room when prompted. Kill the clickers, then continue forward and up the yellow stairs you came to. Go straight ahead before going up and out onto the right path.
Turn right and continue to follow the clicker sounds. Kill him, then take all the supplies from the room. Exit, then go to the stairs. Use it to land on the ground, then follow David into another room for another fight.
Keep a close eye on all entry points to this room and kill in?Yeah, as soon as they enter - use the rifle on the clickers for maximum effect and set traps when you have time. When all of them are dead, Drifter will appear. Try throwing any bombs or Molotovs you have at him while avoiding the runners and clickers that spawn. When he dies, you can follow David along the path.
After this section, David will reveal that he was looking for a young girl and a man who killed some of their group. Things get pretty tense, but David eventually cools off and gives Ellie the medicine she needs. Ellie can then return to Joel on horseback. You will see a short cutscene of Ellie giving Joel antibiotics before falling asleep.
Ellie will wake up to the sound of bandits searching the area. Now she needs to take the bandits away. Get on your horse and ride to the left to avoid being shot. Just be ready to fight the enemies who jump on the horse. When this section is over, keep going down the hill and then jump through the window. Gather all the supplies you can find and get ready for more bandits. Try switching to a bow and arrow to save more powerful ammo for later.

Once all the bandits are dead, keep going forward until you reach the gate. Use the pipes on the side to get access here. Once you're in the second pipe, you need to clear the obstacle before killing the bandits. Keep walking forward a little more until you reach a new hut. Move the trash can and enter the hut, take the supplies inside. Climb up and keep going forward. Kill the bandits, go left to the barricaded exit - smash it.
At this point, Joel will get up and look for Ellie. Grab the supplies from the house and exit through the front door. Turn right, then turn left to deal with the bandits. Enter the house, take more supplies, exit through the opposite side. Jump over the barricade you came to. Joel will capture two thugs to interrogate Ellie's whereabouts.
Now Ellie needs to escape, so quickly run away from the person shooting at you. Turn left to reach the blocked gate, then go through the door on your left. Move the trash can out of the way, crouch under the beams, then enter the pet store. Kill the Hunter when he comes, take the gun from his corpse, then go through the window on the left and into the next shop. Use cover andsnow to kill the rest of the Hunters, collect all the supplies, then go through the window to the burning trash can. Kill the nearest Hunter.
Walk towards the burning trash cans on your left. Continue down this alley until you reach the mail vans. Kill the Hunters, go upstairs and then go to the trash can. Go through the hole to your left, kill the guard hiding by the truck, then go through the fence. Keep going to the left and eventually you will find yourself in an alley. Climb down it and enter the arcade, kill all the Hunters, then go through the front door. Nearby there is another building with another burning trash can in front of it. Go down the alley to his right, find the trash can under the window, and then use it to escape the bad weather.
Power up Ellie, take your best weapons and be ready for an ambush of clickers. Kill the creature, then go through the door and look to the right. Open the door for more supplies. Now exit the room and go straight ahead.
Jump into the water, then dive to the right until you reach an underwater door. Swim through it and then resurface for a breath of air. Keep walking forward through the pipes, then up the walkway. There's a pallet for Ellie here. Go back and use the pallet to help Ellie cross. When you're done, will she leave you?? ladder.
When the ladder breaks, get over to the other side. Climb up, take it and go to the end of the path. Now lower it and use it as a bridge. Climb up to meet up with Ellie once more, then walk across the water using the platforms. Keep going until you get a nasty surprise...
Get your triangular button finger ready, grab the bar and keep climbing until it breaks. Again, Triangle will open the door after Ellie saves you. The bus will drop down after you get to it, so swim towards Ellie as fast as you can. Once you get to her, you will automatically grab her. Now just keep swimming forward.
Immediately upon awakening by Joel, you will receive terrible news that will get you back on your feet and ready for battle. After you kill the person in the room you are currently in, you can either go on a rampage or make your way through the rest of the Fireflies.
Head towards the Western District, then go upstairs, making sure the dead have ammo and a new assault rifle. Go through the door you came through and grab all the supplies you need from the room on the other side. Then go to the surgery and either kill or sneak past the guards. When you reach the end of the corridor, open it and enterthose in the pediatrics department.

Grab the Artifact from the room to your right, then go through the door at the end of the main corridor. Break into the operating room and grab Ellie to save her from the operation. When you exit this room, turn left and run as fast as you can to the elevator.
As for this section, that's almost all.
There isn't much to do here. Just follow Joel as Ellie to complete the game. Don't forget to go through all the items in Ellie's backpack before you finish.
