The Talos Principle 2 Prologue — Guide & Walkthrough

The first part of the game is about solving several puzzles in the Elohim Simulation. Some important points in the game:

• Blue barriers cannot be passed. They should be disabled.
• You can pass through the purple barriers, but you cannot carry any objects.

Go forward and look for a deactivator in the room to the left of the blue barrier. Take it and use it on the blue barrier to disable it. Follow further, take the cube and place it on the button to disable the blue barrier. The passage to the pyramid is protected. You can examine three bars with locks. Each one requires green, yellow or red Tetris pieces.

Green Sigils

Head to the right to find the first 3 levels behind purple barriers.

Cubic Steps

Place one cube on the button. Place the second cube on top of the other. Jump across the cubes to the figure.

Fencing

Place one of the two cubes near the fence, stand on it and pick up the third cube behind the low fence. After that, place three cubes in a ladder to jump over the high fence.

Within Reach

Place the cube on the button and move on. Stand on a hill and take the second cube located below. Place near the hill with the figure.

Return to the grid for which the green pieces were needed. Place it so thats fill all the cells. You can rotate the shapes.

Yellow Sigils

Static pressure

You can disconnect the fan. Do so. Place it on the button, take two cubes from the niche. Return the fan to its place. Place one cube on the fan, take the second cube. Stand on the cube located on the fan. Place the cube in your hands on the button to jump up.

Windy day

Place the fan on the left on the button, then stand on the running fan. Take the cube and go down. Pick up the fan from the button and place the cube instead. With the fan in your hands, climb up and place it on the platform. Fly up towards the figure.

Single-slit Experiment

Find a working fan on the left and fly up to the platform with the switch. Use the switch to start the fan behind the fence. The cube will fly over the fence. Place the cube in the path of the red laser and take the piece.

Versatile Contraption

Take the deactivator, use it on the blue barrier outside the window on the right and place it on the button to disable the nearest blue barrier. Go further beyond the purple barrier and turn to the right, onto the disabled blue barrier. Make sure to cast it on that disabled barrier. After that, grab the distant deactivator and use it on the running fan. Take the figure.

Fundamental Connections

You will see connectors for the first time. Take the connector and open niche. Go along the left wall with him. Place it in the far left corner. Take the first connector, move it to the left and connect the source to the second connector. Return to the second connector, connect it to the first and the receiver at the blue barrier, behind which the figure is hidden.

Prismatic Diffraction

Move the blue connector to connect it to the source, two receivers and another connector on the statue.

Destructive Interference

First, apply the red and blue beam to the blue barrier in the alcove on the left. Take the third connector from there. With the help of three connectors you can make sure that the rays do not intersect.

Two Colors, two Doors

Find the second connector in the niche on the left. Also take the box with you. You need to place one of the connectors on the box so that the rays do not intersect.

Ascension Awaits

First place the cube on the fan. Then take the connector, connect it to the receiver and source and place it on top of the cube. Then activate the switch to start the fan.

Go back and place all the red pieces on the door panel.

New Jerusalem

Talk to Nate about all topics, use your PDA by pressing TAB. Go outside and watch the cutscene with Poseidon appearing. After traveling, take the only path to the room where the briefing will take place. Listen to everyone. If you refuse the expedition, you will see the secret ending of the game. Then you can launch the last save and still agree. After the briefing, you can talk to Jeremy, then go to the helicopter and talk to Melville.
