Walkthrough Utterance of Marvels 1-2 (Utterance of Marvels). Wuthering Waves Prologue

The Wuthering Waves quest “Utterance of Marvels” is the first main quest of the game, which will start automatically after the introduction and your arrival in the world of Solaris-3, where you will meet Chixia and Yangyang.

After talking to Chixia and Yangyang, you will have to leave the Spirit Gorge. After just a few meters, you'll come to a cliff; keep moving forward and the protagonist will automatically climb up. Once you reach the second high wall, fight the first mobs; use the LKM for normal attack and the E key to activate the skill. Continue on the path through the Gorge of Spirits. A little further on, you'll encounter two bigger enemies. Shortly after the battle begins, an elite enemy will appear.

Despite its intimidating appearance, this bulky foe is rather slow; let it attack you in melee, quickly land a few blows, and then dash away. Use the Resonance Release attack (an ultimatum ability) as well as your basic skills by swapping characters. You'll realize that you can activate the ult or normal abilities if they are highlighted.

Move along the path until you see a red glowing pillar. Interact with it to activate the resonance beacon, and then follow on until you talk to your companions again. Descend to the field. Don't be afraid to fall: jump off the ledge and press the jump button to unlock the glider. When you get close to the abyss, the next cutscene will start.

Once it's over, you'll find yourself in a large arena with an unknown enemy. Keep in mind that this enemy has more speed and range compared to the previous mob. To defeat him, you can use the same strategy as before: dodge attacks, quickly deliver a few light blows, and then repeat the actions. Don't forget to use your skills and ult.

Once you have depleted the enemy's health, the second phase will begin. This time, attack the enemy until the white bar under the health bar runs out. Eventually, you will immobilize the enemy and will be able to deal massive damage. Defeating the large monster will complete the first part of the quest and you will receive a reward:

The second part of the opening act of Wuthering Waves begins in a valley filled with enemies. Follow the path and then defeat several enemies blocking the further path. When they're done, interact with the dim glowing shadow that the mob left behind; you'll get an Echo. Equip Echo in the Resonators menu as the game prompts you to get the combat skill of the enemy you just defeated! Follow the path south and defeat at least two regular mobs. You'll need to beat the echo out of them. Absorb it to unlock the skill of these enemies.

Before entering Jinzhou City, activate the Resonance Beacon next to the path. This will give you a teleportation point for this region, and you can return here at any time. Follow the path south, through the caves. The city gate of Jinzhou will appear in front of you. Enter the city to complete the second part of the quest and activate the next mission.
