Having increased Strength and Intelligence by +1, return to Divya in the cafe. Flirt with her. You will increase attraction to 1/1 (Divya). Enter the strip bar and talk to Autumn. Go left and up. Ethan will find an artifact. Interact with the sand to get a stone icon. You will find many treasures. They can be exchanged for money through the chest near Tony's shop. Run to the Red Light District and use the counter to exchange treasures for money. With increased intelligence, you can return to the Red Light Café and talk to Madison (attraction 2/6 or 1/3, Madison).
To achieve Divya's final favor, buy a scented candle in the store and give it to the girl. Return to the dump after selling the regular artifacts. After that, a green marker will appear where you found the regular artifacts. Click to pick up the unknown artifact. Defeat the first three bandits in battle, then stronger ones will appear, and you will lose the artifact.
After coming to your senses, dig up the paid artifacts at will and go left, where the bandits ran. You won't be able to open the chest, you have 1 Strength, and you need 2 units. Pick up the pink item. This is intelligence. Now you can jump on several enemies at once. Use the wheels to jump on nearby enemies. This is how you will win back the artifact. Watch the cutscene with the appearance of Empusa. Touch the snake head to get +1 HP.
Visit the location, talk to the guard and agree to help with the hooligans. You need to defeat three bandits, for which you will receive $100. Nothing else to do here.
Right now you can collect artifacts, sell them to Tony and give all the girls scented candles. With 2 intelligence and 1 strength, by giving 1 scented candle each, you can open the first scenes with Divia and Lucy. You can open a chest near the apartment and get $60. There is also a robber there. If you challenge him to a fight, you will get +1 Strength. In total, you will have 2 units of strength. But you will have to fight four enemies. Also, be sure to collect the remaining money.
The Emerald Ridge will be closed. Talk to the stranger on the right. Look for the amulet in the same location on the left below. Give it to get +1 Charisma. It is needed for Kelly!
Enter the Luxuria Plaza Hotel and talk to the man below. Go to the department store and order delivery to coordinates West 11 and North 7. There is also a scroll called "Seed of Power" lying around near this place. To craft it, you need 2 nuts, testosterone, and a holy stone. You have already found one nut, another nut is lying around in the dump, where there is a chest with 2 powers and where you fought with bandits for the artifact. Testosterone can be bought in the department store, the holy stone can be picked up from the ground on the South Outskirts, but you will have to defeat two dogs first. It is hidden in the bushes above, near the cliff. Make and use the Seed of Knowledge. You will gain +1 Strength.
Talk to the customer inside the department store. The store sells gifts, potions, weapons. Return to the guy from Luxuria Plaza and give him the cocktail. You will receive $200 and +1 Charisma. Return to the customer in the department store and give her the scented candle that is sold in the Red Light District. You will receive +1 to Charisma.
Finally, go to Apex. Talk to three characters. Answer the questions:

After installing this update, markers will appear indicating the Red Light District and the Forest Quarter. Talk to Tony at his strip club to tell him about the artifact. If you don't have shampoo, find it in the shower of the women's locker room. Go through the women's locker room, enter the men's so you will bypass all the guards and will be able to get into the sauna. After the cut-scene in the sauna, the content of version v.04091 will be completed.
