Fly with Loan to the skyscraper where her apartment is located. Go inside apartment 216 and examine different things. The shoe box is under the bed. Also on the ground floor there is a "Loan Compilation Cassette" (cassettes) . In the bedroom where you find the shoes, there is a container with inhibitors. Also along with the shoes you will find a letter X to L (memorable souvenirs) . Return to the rooftop, then move towards the tower where Loan went. On a small table is "Night Runner's Diary No. 5" (memorable souvenirs) . Sit in a chair and wait for Loan. Chat with a girl. In the morning, the task will be completed.
