"Rose Garden" in Dying Light 2

You can meet Peter in Quarry End. Chat with him. He will tell you that he once kept a flower shop, and an elderly woman constantly came to him. Then she went missing and he wants you to find her house. Agree to help.

Follow the marker. Closer to the mountain with a yellow surface (chemical reagents), look for a house with a glass greenhouse (outbuilding). Go inside, go into the glass annex itself and look around. To the right, a woman's corpse sits in a chair. Examine it and leave the flower. There is a note next to it. Read it. Turns out it's Peter's mother. Return to him and tell the truth.
