After the repeater is repaired and launched, question marks will appear on the map near it. Zoom out on the map to see them. In the distance, the "questions" disappear. All questions point to other objects of interest - not yet discovered monoliths, workbenches, villages, merchants, etc.

Repair of all repeaters:
These objects are used as checkpoints. When a character dies, you are given a choice of two options: return to the base (to the Oasis) or to the nearest monolith. In the second case, we are talking exclusively about activated monoliths. To activate the monolith, it must be repaired.

These objects are used in the game for fast movement. In total, there are three pairs of pneumatic lifts in Granichnoye, and you can only move from one to the other and back. All of them are divided into the first, second and third lines. The corresponding numbers are indicated on their markers on the map.

Note . In addition, white and red anomalies can be used for fast travel in DESOLATE. After finding any anomaly, take a screenshot of the map and remember the place where it moves you (second screenshot). Anomalies may disappear, but soon reappear in the same place.
These objects are used to craft various items. There is a workbench at the base in the Oasis, as well as at several points on the map.

The Oasis contains the personal base of the player (players, if in co-op). Go downstairs and find a furnace, a workbench and a medical station here. To use them, you need to perform repairs. This task will be given to you by merchant Mikhail. Chat with him, then move to the indicated place and inspect the dead body. Answer the phone call, after which you will need to find the next crime scene.
Move to square A5. As soon as you find yourself in it, the marker will point to the desired building. Go inside, inspect the corpse and take the note lying on the cabinet in the right corner. If there is no note, and the goal is to “study the notes”, then you will need to stand next to the cabinet, exit to the main menu and restart the game. The note will appear in a matter of seconds. Make sure to pick her up.
Read the note in inventory and follow to a new location in square B5. At the Polet stadium, find a garage, go inside it and see a corpse. Answer the phone call, then move to square C5. Go down to the bunker and see another corpse. Answer the phone again.
The task will begin immediately after the completion of the previous one. Go to the quarry (quarry) "Red Dawn", go down and enter the marked buildingnie. The marker will appear after you are at the bottom. Kill the Maniac, then answer the phone. Quest chain completed.
The task is issued by the Biologist after you receive the Pugach. Go to the right place and inspect the corpses. After that, follow to the village of Lugovniki and talk to the merchant. Go back, take an observational position (looking at it, rise to the left) and follow the Butcher. Return to the Oasis and talk to the Biologist. Follow back, attach the beacon to the corpse and again rise to the observation position. Follow the Butcher.
When he teleports, the task will be completed.
Head to sector D4 and you will see several garages. Necessary locked. From it, go left and in the building where the wires lead, lower the lever. Enter the garage, go down and get to the Butcher.
This is a dangerous opponent with a huge supply of HP - 60,000. Fortunately, he is very slow, so you can dodge attacks. When the Butcher is in armor, then destroy the corpses from which he feeds. After that, search the body, return to the Biologist and turn in the quest. As a reward, you will receive the Butcher's Heart artifact, which automatically regenerates health.
The task is issued by the merchant Mikhail immediately after you receive the Pugach. Outside, talk to the marked Local (he has armor unlike the others) and then go to the church on the right side of the map. Kille four Acolytes, enter the building and see a hanged man. Under his feet, on the floor in the left corner, there is a note. If it is not there, then do the same trick as in the Mysterious Murders quest. Examine the note, turn on the ultraviolet flashlight and find the code on the wall - 2454.
Go outside, go left and look into the garage. Enter the code 2454 on the electronic lock and go downstairs. There is a sitting corpse in one of the cells on the right, and there is a note under it. If not, then repeat the trick.
The task is a direct continuation of the quest “Church. Start". Examine the note, go to the door and see a lot of candles. Extinguish the right candle of the two closest to the right. Stand facing the door, look to the left and put out the left light.?chu (out of two available).
After opening the door, go downstairs and kill the Preacher. After doing this, search the body, and then pick up the note lying on the altar. If not, then you will have to do the same trick again.
The quest can be taken from the Engineer after completing the "Family Matters" story mission. Go to square B3 to find a locked warehouse.
In the next building there is a small room with a table on which lies a key card. Takeher, open the warehouse and take the relay. Give it to the Engineer.
Starts right after the previous mission. Follow the square E3 to the farm, go to the garage, next to which there is a car with flasks, and go to the opposite side of the farm along the main road. Look into the house on the left side and in the bedroom on the floor you will see the necessary compensator (in the form of a box). Hardened Steel can be crafted in an improved furnace at the Oasis base.
Starts after the previous mission. Head to square G6, kill the opponents and look around. There are two main buildings - one is larger, the other is smaller. Enter the large workshop and find the power supply in one of the rooms. Find a lighter if you don't have one, then return to the Engineer to complete the quests. You can now use the X-workbench located in the next room at the Engineer. It allows you to create simple and unique items.
The Quartermaster will appear in the Oasis immediately after you complete the Underground quest and receive the Pugach. Talk to him and start the quest chain. Head to the South Shore Cinema and kill five mutants. Upon arrival at the place, a goal will appear to kill these mutants. You can search for them all over the map. Having done this, raise the flag and talk to the Quartermaster.
Raise the rank of Local to ninth by completing Quartermaster side quests to receive this quest. Go to the farm, kill four mutants here or in any other place, then finish off the Alpha Dog. Enter the garage and take the canister of gasoline.
Did you find the first batch of corpses?? e at the other end of the farm, on the road, the second - near one of the houses on the right hand, if you move to the left when leaving the garage. When you burn them, raise the flag and talk to the Quartermaster.
Upgrade the rank to 19, then this task will appear. Go to the indicated place where you need to turn off three decoys. You need to click on three red buttons.
All of them are hidden in different buildings. The first button in- in the nearest building, if you explore the "Beam-2" from west to east. The second button is located in the building with the workbench, the third - in the house with boxes. Kill Alpha Sapsy and Alpha Grutch, then raise the flag and speak to the Quartermaster.
Upgrade your reputation to29 rank. Go to Gornyatsk at the top left on the world map, kill four marauders (in blue clothes). If they are not here, then go to other parts of the world. Having figured it out, return to Gornyatsk and finish off the leader, nicknamed Flint. Take the key card, open the garage with the hostages, raise the flag and talk to the Quartermaster.
Raise your reputation to rank 39. Go to Almychevo and finish off four marauders. If there are fewer of them, then find the rest of the marauders in any part of the map. Follow back, go down to the bunker and press the red button on the right.
Climb up, finish off the leader and his bodyguards. Raise the flag and talk to the Quartermaster.
After you raise the reputation of the Locals to rank 49, talk to the Quartermaster and follow to Zalegorsk. You will need to find a key card. She lies in the building on the left, in a far room with a corpse sitting on the floor. Falling right in front of him. Since we did not have a key card, due to a bug we were unable to continue this quest chain. We'll add it later.
This quest chain is given by the Biologist. You will need to kill normal and alpha mutants. We will not describe in detail. After receiving the task, simply open the map and find the place where the corresponding mutants are located.
