Streets of Rage 4 - how to unlock all characters

Once you complete the Streets of Rage 4 storyline, you'll have one more reason to play the game: you can use or unlock several new characters, some of which are new fighters, and some of which are classic heroes from previous parts of the series. And each of the latter will be presented in the original, 16-bit style.

All bonus characters are unlocked the same way. The only exception is Adam, another main character. This character is hidden in the hero selection menu when you first start the game.

• To unlock Adam, you need to start the storyline and complete the fourth stage.
• To unlock classic characters, you need to accumulate points.

On the second point: at the end of each level, you will notice that the earned points of the current stage are added to the overall rating of all game sessions.

At certain points (the first - upon reaching 200,000 points, the second - 240,000, and so on (there is no certain progression), characters from previous titles will be unlocked, starting from the first part.

It will take a long time to unlock each one. If you collect achievements and try to unlock every achievement in the game, then you will surely open bMost of the characters are just along the way. Moreover, for achievements you need to go through the storyline with each hero once, and also complete the campaign on high difficulty.

The good news is that the better you play, the more points you get. Therefore, theoretically, you can speed up this process by improving your combat skills.

There are no achievements or achievements associated with obtaining new characters, although they may be required to unlock some trophies (for example, complete the story campaign using characters from each previous game in the series). Consider these heroes as a bonus, a nice reward for those who devote a lot of time to the game.

• Retro Soundtrack - Unlocked by default.

And the last point that is hard to notice - unlike the characters that need to be unlocked, the retro soundtrack is available literally from the very beginning of the game. To listen to it, select "Settings" from the main menu and go to the "Audio" section. There you need to set the "checkbox" in the right place. We recommend that you go through the story campaign at least once with the new soundtrack, as it is also fantastic. And later you can plunge into nostalgia.
