Twin Mirror from the authors of Life is Strange will not be episodic

The first news about Twin Mirror being created by Dontnod Entertainment was received coolly. Therefore, the developers decided to restart the project. As a result, the game began to look much more attractive, and also lost the episodic distribution model.

If you believe the information from the French portal Gamekult, then initially Twin Mirror was supposed to consist of three series. Most likely, Dontnod was trying to target their other video game series, Life is Strange.

Now the whole game is out. That is why the developers had to significantly redo their project, remove unnecessary cliffhangers and connect the series in such a way that the narrative does not interrupt. However, in Twin Mirror there will still be a choice system, on which the development of the game plot depends.

The release of the game should take place before the end of the year on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version will be released exclusively on the Epic Games Store.
