League of Legends: Wild Rift is an alternative version of the League of Legends created exclusively for consoles and mobile devices. Riot Games recently released new dev diaries that showcase the gameplay of the game and talk about how much it differs from the PC version.

In addition to the interface, which was made specifically for touch screens, the development team reduced the time of matches and simplified a number of mechanics. For example, the number of runes has been reduced, and some of the effects have been changed to fit the increased speed of the gameplay. The characteristics of the items have been updated, but their features have been preserved.

Skills have undergone changes, and most of the champions came from the PC version. When you start the game, you will meet old acquaintances - Ahri, Alistara, Gina, Soraka, Yasuo and Aurelion Sol. There will also be new heroes.

Alpha testing of the game will begin on June 6, which will last 2 weeks and involve Android. But it will be done in the Philippines and Brazil.
