Baldur's Gate 3 - Parasite Extraction

Sooner or later, you will stumble upon a refugee camp in a druid grove. Help the tieflings and humans to destroy the goblins attacking the gate.

After that, go inside and chat with Zevlor, the leader of the refugees. At his request, go down to the druid ritual site and enter the building on the right to meet Kaga. Talk to the woman. She will ask you to force Zevlor and the other tieflings to leave.

There are several options for solving the refugee problem. For example, you can hint to Zevlora to kill Kaga, but let's look at a less bloodthirsty solution. And it's not that easy.

First, you will have to kill Gut, Razglin and Minatra - all three leaders who are gathering goblins to attack the druid grove.

Secondly, you need to find Khalsin. It is located inside the refugee camp. Climb up the stairs behind Gut Hall and turn right to find a door guarded by goblins. Go through it and find yourself in the subhouse with a cage. There is a bear in the cage. Be sure to protect it, because this is Khalsin.

Now that the problem with the goblins has been resolved and Khalsin has been freed, return to the druid grove. Talk to Khalsin and Zevlor. Agree to hold a party at the camp. Wait until your hero gets tired! Only after that you will be able to use the campfire in the camp (you can get there at any time by opening the map and selecting "Camp" in the list on the right) to end the day. After the party, click on the fire again to chat with Khalsin in the morning. He will say that you need to follow the Lunar Towers.
