Guide Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos - all scientific weapons in DLC

There are many types of weapons in the Outer Worlds, but scientific ones are considered to be the most unique. The Murder on Eridanus add-on includes three of these items at once!

Dawn

This bat can be obtained by completing the Runaway Milkmaid side quest. The task is taken from Mildred Lenox, standing next to a hunting shop in one of the districts of Eridanus. You will visit it according to the plot. The hunting shop is located right at the entrance to the location.

Go to the marker and destroy all the enemies surrounding the automaton milkmaid Betty. Return to Lenox to give you the Dawn Science Weapon. This strange bat (or even staff) applies a magnetizing effect to the target. As a result, any objects and objects that you hit with this weapon will be attracted to each other. The higher the "Science" skill, the more likely it is that objects will definitely be attracted.

Can be obtained from the Grand Colonial Penthouse during the Escape! This is the main task. You will receive the item automatically, shortly after blaming someone for the death of Helena of Alcyone (talking with Ludovico's administrator). With this, you need to choose the side of Elena, not Ludovico. In this case, she will go to the penthouse. Just talk to her to get this weapon. Pass a Perception 45 check.

This special pistol does not need to be reloaded and has unlimited ammo. Applies three different chemical effects - Poison, Armor Acid, and Slow Slime. Use reload to switch between shooting modes!

Spectral Gatling

In one of the regions of Eridanus, you will find a laboratory. When you deal with the distraught workers, go back upstairs and go into the hall where the doctor who issued the quest was. There is a glass flask with this weapon here. To pick it up, you will have to find 8 types of spectral vodka. More details in a separate guide . By the way. in the future you will visit the distillery, and there will be absolutely all varieties of vodka.

This Gatling deals 8 different types of damage. The longer you fire, the higher the weapon's rate of fire. And the damage alternates with each new shot. That is, one bullet has one effect, the next one another, and so on.
