Honkai Star Rail Cart Puzzles (Night at the Big Mine 1, 2, 3)

"Night at the Big Mine" is a lengthy questline in Honkai: Star Rail that requires you to solve several minecart puzzles to complete. For solving each puzzle, you will be given a regular or valuable chest.

Walkthrough "Night at the Big Mine 1" Honkai Star Rail

To start the tasks "Night in the Big Mine" we follow to Kamnegrad on Yaril VI and communicate with the senior miner Antonina. If you don't see the marker on the map, continue through the storyline on that planet.

After accepting the quest, follow the platform with the trolleys and proceed with the decision. Each of the three quest chains contains three cart-moving puzzles.

Note. To reset the puzzle solution, just chat with the senior operator. This is true for all checks.

Minecart Check #1

Move the empty minecart to a dead end with a blue highlight. With the switches you change the position of the arrows, and the yellow stripes on the rails show where they are directed (where the cart will go). Press both switches once and push the cart.

Minecart Check #2

1. Move the empty cart and send it to stop #3;
2. Click on the switch at number 2 and move the filled cart to dead end #4;
3. Click on the switch at number 1 and move the cart with the ore to dead end #2;
4. Click on the switch at number 2 and move the empty cart to dead end #4;
5. Flip switch #2 and switch #1, and then push the empty cart off stop #1.

Minecart Check #3

1. Move the empty cart so that it goes to stop #4.
2. Click on the switch at number 2, then move the empty cart to dead end #3 and load the ore there.
3. Move the filled cart back to dead end #4.
4. Click on the switch at number 2, and then move the cart with the ore to dead end #1.
5. Click on the switch at number 1, and then move the cart with the ore to dead end #2.

This puzzle is not much more difficult than the previous ones: you need to send an empty cart to the blue stopper, to the yellow one loaded with ore. You need to act in the following order:

1. Click on the switch at number 3 and move the empty cart to dead end #1;
2. Click on the switch at number 3 and move the filled cart to dead end #5;
3. Click on the switch at number 3, after that - on the switch #1 and move the filled cart to dead end #2;
4. Click on the switch at number 2 and move the filled cart to dead end #3.

1. Click on the switch at number 3 and move the empty cart to dead end #1;
2. Click on the switch at number 3 and move the filled cart to dead end #5;
3. Click on the switch at number 3, then on the switch #1 and move the filled cart to dead end #2;
4. Click on the switch at number 1, and then move the empty cart to dead end #5;
5. Click on the switch at number 3and move the empty cart to dead end #4;
6. Click on the switch at number 3, then on switch #1 and move the filled cart to dead end #5.

Minecart Check #6

This time, the task will get a little more complicated, as you not only need to drive the carts to the yellow stoppers, but also load the ore into the empty cart. You need to solve the puzzle like this:

1. Move the filled cart to dead end #4.
2. Click on the switch at number 3, and then move the filled trolley to dead end #2.
3. Click on the switch at number 2 and move the empty cart to dead end #4.
4. Flick the switch at number 3, move the empty cart to dead end #5 and load the ore into it.
5. Push the loaded minecart to stop #4.
6. Click on the switch at number 3, and then push the loaded minecart to stop #1.
7. Click on the switch number 1 and push the loaded cart to the stop #3.
8. Flip the switch at number 2 and push the cart from stop #2 to stop #4.

How to pass "Night at the Big Mine 3"?

Checking youracing number 7

1. Flip the switch at number 1 and push the full cart forward, it should get stuck in the middle of the way, before reaching the dead end number 2.
2. Move the empty cart forward to dead end #2.
3. Click on the switch at number 2 and move the arrow to the central path.
4. Flip the switch at number 1, push the empty cart to stop #1 and load the ore into it.
5. Move the filled cart back to dead end #2.
6. Press switch #2 twice to move the arrow to the right path, then push the loaded cart to dead end #3.
7. Press switch #2 twice to move the arrow to the left path and push the cart in the middle of the path to dead end #2.

Minecart check #8

1. Flip the switch at number 2, then push the full cart from dead end #1 to dead end #3.
2. Click the switchat number 1, #2 and #3, and then push the empty cart from dead end #5 to dead end #2.
3. Flip the switch at number 3 and push the full cart from dead end #4 to dead end #5.
4. Flip the switch at number 1 and number 3, and then push the filled cart from dead end No. 5 to dead end No. 1.
5. Flip the switch at number 1, then push the empty cart from dead end #2 to dead end #5.
6. Click on the switch at number 3 and move the empty cart from dead end #5 to dead end #4.
7. Flip the switch at number 2 and push the full cart from dead end #3 to dead end #2.
8. Flip the switch at number 2 and number 3, then push the full cart from dead end #2 to dead end #5.

Minecart Check #9

1. Flip the switch at number 3 and push the empty cart from stop #4 to stop #2.
2. Flip the switch at number 2 and push the empty cart from stop #1 to stop #4.
3. Flip the switch at number 2 and push the empty cart from stop #4 to stop #2, where the second cart is already standing.
4. Click on the switch at number 3 and then??Kick the full cart from Stop #5 to Stop #4.
5. Press switches #3 and #2, then push the full cart from stop #4 to stop #1.
6. Flip switch number 1 and push the full cart from stop #1 to stop #3.
7. Click on the switch at number 2, and then move the empty cart to dead end #4.
8. Flip the switch at number 3 and push the empty cart from stop #4 to stop #5, load it with ore and push it back.
9. Press switches #1, #2 and #3, then push the loaded cart from stop #4 to stop #1.
10. Flip the switch at number 2 and push the empty cart from stop #2 to stop #4.
11. Flip the switch at number 3, push the empty cart from stop #4 to stop #5, then load it with ore and push it back.
