Codes for safes in TLOU 2

In The Last of Us 2 you can find a huge number of Easter eggs, secrets and caches of objects. Many of these things are hidden in safes and doors scattered throughout the game.

There are 15 safes and locked doors in TLOU 2 that you can find and open.
