Chest in Ford's room in Ward 13 Remnant 2

When you first meet Ford, Founder of Unit 13, you will stumble upon a mysterious chest in his room. At first, you won't be able to open it.

Be patient. After a few minor tasks, you will enter a tunnel and Ford will hand you a lantern. Open inventory, right click on the lantern, expand and find the code. When you return to Ward 13, open the chest to get the key to the cargo hold.

Go to Dwell selling mutators (not human). Follow him along the right fence. You will come to an area with a bunch of containers and go down to the ship. At the very end there will be a door. Open it with the key you received earlier to get the MP60-R submachine gun .
