Fast travel in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

To fast travel, you'll need to complete the entire introductory storyline. Then you'll arrive at a village that needs the help of a Banisher.

Villagers are going into the forest and not coming back. While completing the storyline task, you'll find a person in a shack. Light a fire in their shack. Bonfires are necessary for fast travel. Complete this task, and then return to the village.

You'll be provided temporary housing where you can rest. Note that you can light a bonfire and rest. You should light every bonfire you find because they serve as fast travel points. Typically, there are two bonfires in each area: one in the town, one halfway to the mission objective, and often there's a third one right before a boss fight. Use them.
