How To Unlock The Trapper Reserves Chest

In the Hunter's Camp in the Dark Woods, speak with Kate, whom you met earlier in the game. She will tell you about the camp's situation and the trouble they face with the Beast.

After finishing the conversation, you'll notice a locked chest nearby. To open it, you'll need a key.

During the main quest called "Woodfolks," you'll receive a task to find your shelter, where you can rest and upgrade your equipment. The shelter is located north of the camp and can be easily identified by the blue flame torch outside.

Enter the shelter, and just to the left of the entrance, you'll find a key on the table. Pick it up and use it to open the Trapper Reserves Chest.

With this key, you can return to the locked chest and unlock it. Inside, you'll find your first piece of equipment - a brooch called "Aureola."
