Enemy of the State — Honkai Star Rail

In the world of Honkai: Star Rail, the Enemy of the State mission is part of the quest chain In Our Time. During this mission, you will learn the location of Stellaron, find out details about Velt's plan, and meet the Watcher while following Gallagher. Starting the quest

In Honkai: Star Rail, the Enemy of the State mission starts automatically right after completing the previous Small Town Grotesque mission. If the mission does not appear in your quest log, try logging out of your account and wait 20-30 minutes, then log back in. If the problem persists, consult the manual for further assistance.

Walkthrough

While near the memorial slabs, start a conversation with Gallagher to review what is happening on Penaconia. He will reveal that the planet of festivities is the result of a disaster caused by Stellaron. The location of this dangerous facility will be revealed in more detail by Sunday, who you should also talk to. Turn and approach the siblings to be informed that the Stellaron is located in the Grand Theater of Penaconia and is being used by the current Lord of Dreams, Gofer Tree.

Velt will express his desire to share his plans for the future, so you can talk to him. He will warn you that the Resurrection cannot be trusted, and the badge you received from Avanturin is a transmitter. Gallagher will then approach you and suggest you meet the third Nameless One. Approach the quest marker on the pad.

After that, watch the short video and then head to the garden that appeared in front of you. Activate the spatial anchor, climb the stairs and approach the chair. You will see the Watchmaker's legacy - a dream bubble. You can choose any answers you want, as you won't find anything interesting inside it anyway.

Upon completion of the mission, you will get the achievement The Last Tycoon, for which you will be awarded 10 Star Jades. In addition, you will receive the following rewards: 600 Mastery Points, 80 Star Jades, 300 Hour Credits, 80 thousand credits, 5 Lost Crystals and 8 Traveler's Guides. Access to the next quest, Bullet and Brain, will also be unlocked.
