The location of this cache can be found by examining the PDA, which is located inside the building near the Fresh Stash cache (to the east, on the territory of the Polesie collective farm).

Follow the marker and you will come across a building with a barred door and a combination lock. At first glance, no clues are provided about the location of the code.

However, there is a bus parked near the building, on the back of which you can see a noticeable mark.

When you go inside, pay attention to the backs of the seats - they have numbers scratched on them. But which of them make up the correct code? Take a closer look at what is on the seats. Some of them have rolls of film, and their number varies from one to four.

The number of coils indicates the order of the numbers in the code, and the numbers themselves correspond to those scratched on the backs of the seats where these coils are located.

After careful inspection, you will be able to determine the correct combination: 2711.
