The Bull Puzzle is found as you make your way through Castel Sant'Angelo. To the right of the fireplace, look for a sleeping guard that needs to be neutralized, as well as a table with two notes. One of the notes is a map that says, "What are the priests hiding? Is there something behind this wall?" and while it may not be obvious, it marks the room you are in right now.
The second note simply says, "If you change your mind, meet me at 3:00 PM," and features two bulls facing each other.
While it is not as obvious, the solution lies in the two paintings of bulls that hang on either side of a suspicious stain on the wall. Approach either painting and a prompt will appear, allowing you to rotate them. Rotate each painting so that the bulls, depicted against a dark background, are facing each other, and you will be able to enter the secret room.
