The new part of the series returns to the concept familiar from Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: Shadows features two full-fledged heroes with unique abilities and backstories. In this article, we will analyze the differences between Yasuke and Naoe, and also explain how and when it is best to switch between them.
Throughout the game, you have complete freedom in choosing a character, allowing you to change it at any time. However, there are two main conditions: switching is possible only outside of combat and while in an anonymous state. If you find yourself in a difficult combat situation, for example, fighting for Naoe and realizing that you do not have enough strength to win, to switch to Yasuke you will have to either escape or load the last save before the start of the battle.
To change a character, open the game menu and find the "Play as ..." option. After pressing the corresponding button, you will return to the game as the selected hero.
Another way to change characters is to use fast travel points. By selecting a viewpoint on the map, you can move to a new location, simultaneously changing the hero.
In addition, in some cutscenes where Yasuke and Naoe interact with each other, after their completion, the game offers a choice of characters. At such moments, it will be possible to continue playing for one of them by simply selecting the appropriate option.

Switching between characters can be useful if you are being pursued by guards. It is enough to change the character, and the pursuit will instantly stop.
It is important to take into account that in the game world there are places accessible only to one of the characters, which makes the right choice of the hero critical for completing certain tasks.
Fujibayashi Naoe is the fictional daughter of the famous 16th century ninja Fujibayashi Nagato. Her father prepares the girl for the coming war, teaching the art of stealth and guerrilla warfare. Naoe's main advantage is high mobility and the ability to act in the shadows.
She can easily scale walls, use grappling hooks to move across rooftops, and get into hard-to-reach places. Her arsenal includes a hidden blade, a tanto for double kills, and smoke bombs to disappear or eliminate enemies blinded by smoke.
Naoe also wields a katana and shuriken, which can be used to weaken enemies or disable alarms. Her weapons also include a kusarigama, a chain with a weighted end that can be used to attack and grab enemies.
However, her weak point is her low health. Unlike Yasuke, Naoe does not wear heavy armor, making her vulnerable in open combat. This makes her ideal for missions that require a stealthy approach: infiltrating enemy territory, spying on targets, and capturing vantage points.
Yasuke is the first historical character in the Assassin's Creed series, not counting the Jack the Ripper DLC in Syndicate. After being a slave of a Portuguese Jesuit, he ended up in Japan and eventually became a samurai.
This powerful warrior wears heavy armor, which makes him completely unsuitable for stealth and acrobatics. He is noticeable among the locals due to his imposing figure and dark skin, so stealth is not his strong point.
However, in combat, Yasuke truly reveals his potential. His arsenal includes powerful heavy weapons that deal devastating damage, as well as firearms that take time to reload, but are capable of killing an enemy in a single shot.
Yasuke can deliver instant lethal blows, but they are accompanied by noise, which attracts the attention of guards. However, his high health and heavy armor allow him to withstand powerful attacks, compensating for his low maneuverability.
If you prefer head-on confrontations, fighting against large groups of enemies, or boss fights, Yasuke will be your perfect choice.
Lesta announced an upcoming addition to the Tanks Blitz arsenal: from March 26, a new line of combat vehicles appeared in the game - Martian Rebels.
Does this indicate the game is a success?
Initially, the new products were supposed to go on sale in April.
