How to meet the inhabitants of the Bazaar in Dying Light 2?

This is one of the most unusual and incomprehensible objectives of the game. You are offered to get acquainted with the inhabitants of the Bazaar. Apparently, you need to chat with the bartender, take two side tasks, talk to another bearded man in the distance and a woman on the left, at the very beginning. Use your Survivor's Sense to light up the interactive characters. Talk to everyone who is highlighted in green.

After that, you just have to wait. Wait for Hakon to get in touch on his own. This will happen after some time. In addition, you need to go outside the building and examine the notice board on the left. An orange plot marker will point to it.

Therefore, I would recommend doing two side quests that are in the Bazaar. In my case, Hakon called twice after I completed one of the two side quests. One is given by Julian, and the other is another character who needs scrap metal. I do not remember exactly. In general, you need to spend time completing these tasks. If Hakon doesn't get in touch, continue exploring the city. Don't focus on the Bazaar. You don't have to be inside all the time!
