Locations of all safes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and codes for them.

Safe Code - El Sin Nombre

The first safe can be found during the El Sin Nombre mission, in which you have to meet the mysterious leader.

Safe code 02-02-19 . Inside you will find a Lockwood shotgun and a couple of armor plates. The code can be found on the portrait of Lazar Salgado.

Where to find the safe:

• Once Alejandro hands you the mask, exit onto the terrace to your right.
• Follow to the back of the terrace and exit the gate on the left side.
• You will see a balcony and a round tower. Climb up to the balcony and enter the building.
• Make your way into the building, climb the stairs and deal with the guard in the corridor.
• Continue down the corridor and go left through the door.
• You will enter a large bedroom (actually Diego's room) and see a closet. Open the closet, there is a safe inside.

There are other ways to get into this room, although the balcony is the safest and only leads past one guard. The entire second floor is a Restricted Area, which means that the guards will shoot at you on the spot.

Code from the safe - Alone No. 1

The second safe in the campaign is in the mission right after El Sin Nombre, Alone. In this mission, you play as Soap, who has become separated from the Ghost. This is a huge stealth mission, and the items in the safes are right??may come in handy.

Safe code 10-10-80 . Inside you will find a pistol with a silencer, a throwing knife and a bunch of money. The code is on a calendar in the same room.

Safe location:

• The safe is in the room above the shotgun trap area. Disarm the shotgun and go upstairs.
• Walk past the man on the floor and before jumping off the balcony, open the crafting menu to craft a hack tool.
• Turn left and look for a locked door - next to it there is a sign that says "No Entry".
• You will need a hack tool (made of tape and metal) to open the locked door.
• Inside the safe.

Code from the safe - Alone No. 2

The last safe in the campaign can be found later in the Alone mission, right after you jump off the balcony we mentioned above.

Safe code 37-60-80 . The code is on a laptop screen inside the garage. Inside you will find a crossbow and some knives.

Safe location:

• Once you've jumped off the broken balcony, turn left and head to the El Maistro Garage.
• Enter the room with the car on jacks, check the laptop (there is a code here), then go to the back room.
• The safe is inside.
