How to get "Good is rewarded" in Cyberpunk 2077

First you need to wait for the end of isolation. Keep playing through the story and side missions until you get a notification that Watson is no longer banned. You will be able to explore the rest of the world, including Heywood, Downtown, Badlands and other regions.

Then you need to go to Wakako (fixer on Chpok Street in Japan Town). Talk to her and tell her that she still owes you for Sandra Dorsett. The woman will pay several thousand Eurodollars. She will recommend going to Ripper Cassius Ryder's shop to get another reward: an implant with smart weapon compatibility. Just talk to him, open his merchandise and find a free palm implant (in the form of a "Tiger Claws" tattoo).
