How to unlock all mutations in Maneater

To make your shark even more formidable in Maneater, you will have to unlock a lot of mutations. Check out our guide to make getting them easy!

Sonar (radar)

This is the starting ability. You can improve it, thanks to which you will notice objects from an even greater distance.

protein breakdown

Received for searching all points of interest in Fawtick Bayou. When eating someone, you will restore more HP, as well as receive 20% more protein from all of its sources.

Bioelectric kit

The bio-electric kit will allow you to stun enemies after you bite them enough times. This will increase the overall damage. The more items from the set you equip, the higher the electrical damage will be. You can get the whole set by destroying especially dangerous enemies from the Infamy Target category. The more people you kill, the higher your level of fame will be. Destroy hunter boats to make the bosses appear as soon as possible.

cordiality

This is another reward for killing bosses and increasing fame. As the name suggests, itIncreases HP and protection against being pushed out of boats.

Bone set

Kill Apex in Dead Horse Lake, Golden Shores, Sapphire Bay, Prosperity Sands, Caviar Bay and The Gulf. This set increases the damage dealt to boats, making it much easier to take down hunters.

Amphibian

Obtained from killing Apex in Fawtick Cove. You will move faster out of the water and will be able to live longer on land.

Breakdown of minerals

Another upgrade that you will receive for increasing fame (infamy) and destroying bosses. Similar to protein breakdown, you will get more HP when eating and more minerals from all mineral sources.

Adrenal

Raise your fame and destroy bosses. And you will get this item! The mutation will give a strong buff with low HP. But the rest is useless.

Eye shadow kit

Find all the attractions in Dead Horse Lake, Golden Shores, Sapphire Bay, Prosperity Sands, Caviar Bay and The Gulf. This set will allow you to poison enemies and even slow them down for a while!

Fat breakdown

Defeat Pete in Sapphire Cove. You will get more HP when youeating someone, as well as more fat from its sources.

brutal muscles

This is the final upgrade that can be obtained by raising the fame and killing Captain Robert.
