How to unlock the Akimbo perk (dual wielding) in Call of Duty: Warzone

Recently, a patch was added to the game that allows players to use pistols with two hands using the Akimbo special perk.

With such a module, you will not be able to aim down with the selected weapon. In this guide, we will explain how to unlock the Akimbo module for every pistol in the game.

Most weapon customizations can be unlocked by gaining experience from using a particular weapon. But some modules, such as Akimbo, require certain tasks to be completed in order to open them. Below we have provided a list of requirements for all pistols in the game.

Looking ahead, I’ll say that all the kills to get the module must be completed in five different matches using the corresponding pistol and the module on it. Once the task is completed, you will be able to attach the Akimbo customization to your trunk.

• X16 : Get at least 3 kills in 5 matches using the Sleight of Hand perk (Minimum level: 20).
• 1911 : Perform at least 3 kills in 5mmatches using the Recon perk (Minimum level: 34).
• M19 : Get at least 3 kills in 5 matches using the Frangible - Wounding perk (Min level: 6).
• .50 : Get at least 3 kills in 5 matches using the FMJ perk (Min level: 20).
• Renetti : Get at least 3 kills in 5 matches using the Mo'Money perk (Min level: 36).

Currently, the leader in damage when shooting from two hands is the Renetti pistol. This is not surprising, because even without this perk, such weapons are considered one of the best in the game, due to their rate of fire and low recoil. But more importantly, you can equip this pistol with the Mk3 Burst Mod barrel, which allows you to shoot three rounds, and thanks to the Akibmo perk, the damage dealt by such shots will be doubled.

Naturally, for the best build, we chose the Renetti pistol. If you reach the maximum level and open all the modules, you can build yourself a top pistol using the Akimbo perk.

As you may know, accuracy and low recoil are one of the main factors when firing any weapon. That is why we recommend installing the 5mW Laser on your pistol. A larger magazine will add a few extra ammo to the weapon (but as we know, ammo is never superfluous), and the Lightweight Trigger will allow you to break the enemy faster at your distance.
