Studio GSC Game World has decided to completely stop selling its game STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl in Russia. Moreover, the developers left VKontakte, posting a farewell post there. In the message, company representatives say that from now on they are closing the opportunity to play their project to all Russian-speaking users living in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Already existing pre-orders will be saved, but, if desired, users can return the funds for them in full. The company is not sorry to lose such a huge audience, as the development team believes that it is no longer possible to maintain ties with a neighboring state.
Well, we wish them good luck.
The action game also received a content update.
