The Tree Guardian is an optional Elden Ring boss that can be encountered literally at the beginning of the game, when you first visit the Graveyard. You will see it almost immediately when you enter the open world of the game. It’s hard not to notice him: this is a huge knight in golden armor, sitting on an equally huge horse, using a shield and a battle ax, which are disproportionately massive even with his large dimensions. In general, the Guardian looks frightening, and it is unlikely that it will be possible to defeat him the first time.
