Blizzard has shared a report on the first phase of beta testing of its new team-based shooter Overwatch 2 . The information received indicates that in the near future the company plans to seriously improve the balance on the maps and in the skills of the heroes, rework the interface and improve the golden weapon system.
Over time, the beta version of the game will receive content patches, as developers need to evaluate the performance of the added modes, maps and heroes. The authors also noted that they will work to increase the popularity of support characters, which are currently not of particular interest to players.
Quick Play will be live in the Overwatch 2 test very soon, but we still have no word on when the project will be available to the general public.
