Despite numerous postponements, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is still alive. This week, during Opening Night Live at gamescom, we're finally getting a fresh look at the game. Host Geoff Keighley shared the news on Twitter, detailing what to expect from the new trailer.
In recent months, almost nothing has been heard about The Skywalker Saga in the Lego universe. For example, the last official information was provided to us in August last year. After the first postponement to spring 2021, the game was again postponed indefinitely. Therefore, we are still in doubt when the game will be released, but for sure, gamescom will not only show the trailer, but also announce a new release date for Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
As the name suggests, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will cover all of the major trilogies - that's nearly 9 films. You can switch between different eras in the order you like. The game is being developed for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch platforms.
The developers thanked the fans: "Thank you all for your support. Together, we have reached this important milestone. See you in the vastness of Thedas on October 31st!"
On Metacritic, the film received a score of 46 out of 100 and 5.3 out of 10, which also indicates a cool reception.
There is no need to pay anything for GamesVoice creation.
Unfortunately, we are talking about a shooter for VR devices.
