Studio Striking Distance plans to develop the universe of The Callisto Protocol for a long time. At least a year after the release, as the technical director of the organization told reporters during the recent Gamescom.
Horror will receive a plot addition, as well as other content that will turn it into a game-service. In addition, developers will go beyond the digital format and will release non-game projects (apparently, they mean TV shows, movies, merch, and so on). At the moment, one plot addition has been announced for The Callisto Protocol, but it will probably not be the only one.
The release of the horror is scheduled for December 2.
The success of the title is quite expected.
