The developers of the Cyberpunk 2077 game have presented a teaser for the first story add-on, called Phantom Liberty. So far, not much is known about the patch, from the video you can only understand that the hero swears allegiance to the New States of America and, apparently, takes on new tasks.
The authors reported that with the release of the update, Night City will be replenished with a new area. It is likely that we will play for some other character, and not for V. Also in the update, a big role will be given to Johnny Silverhand, but what exactly is not yet clear.
The developers also did not decide on the release date, saying only that the Phantom Liberty will be available in 2023.
