The final name and release date of the new Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) has been confirmed

EFootball 2022 coming to consoles and PC later this month
The final name and release date of the new Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) has been confirmed

Konami has finally confirmed the final name for the new installment of the Pro Evolution Soccer series. It will be eFootball 2022 , which will be released at the end of this month. The official release date for eFootball 2022 is September 30, 2021.

And one day later, the release of FIFA 22 from EA will take place - the main and, one might say, the only competitor to PES. Thus, hot days are waiting for football fans!

eFootball 2022 is coming to PC, PS5, Xbox Series X, PS4 and Xbox One. It will be a free-to-play Konami game. The company plans to add cross-platform support, although this will not happen immediately (there will be no feature at release). There will also be a bit of a wait for the editing feature, as well as an unnamed team building mode that replaces the standard "Master League" from older PES games.

At launch, 6 well-known stadiums and 9 famous football clubs are guaranteed to appear, which will be available for both online and local play. Matches between consoles of different generations are also possible. PS4 and PS5 or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S owners can meet in one duel.
