Capcom is planning to bring the Winters saga to a close with Shadows of Rose, which will be released to Resident Evil: Village on October 28th. After that, the company will continue to develop the title, focusing on other characters in the series.
The plot of the add-on tells the story of Ethan Winters' daughter, Rose, who goes in search of answers to the mystery of her origin. The girl will follow in her father's footsteps and visit the very gloomy village where the monsters dragged her as a child, wanting to use it to resurrect the dead girl.
It is likely that the DLC will tell us about the fate of Ethan himself, who was considered dead in the plot of Resident Evil: Village, but flashed in the scene after the credits.
The success of the title is quite expected.
