PS Plus Free Games for October 2022 (UPDATED)

Surprisingly, this month we didn't get an insider from billbil-kun, who over and over again for 24 hours or more pointed to a list of games that would be available for free as part of the PS PLUS subscription. Sony Interactive Entertainment released an official announcement in which it indicated that in October, subscribers will receive:

• Hot Wheels Unleashed (PS4, PS5)
• Injustice 2 (PS4)
• Superhot (PS4)

You can download new games from October 4 inclusive, and until the third day of the same month you can have time to pick up Need for Speed Heat, Granblue Fantasy: Versus and TOEM in your library.
