Netflix has released the first trailer for the Vikings spin-off called Vikings: Valhalla , set to release in 2022.
Vikings: Valhalla takes place 100 years after the original History Channel show, at a time when the Vikings had already conquered England, Normandy in France, and ventured across the Atlantic Ocean. However, their time in England is coming to an end.
The TV show follows the adventures of Leaf Erikson (Sam Corlett), Freydis Eiriksdottir (Frida Gustavsson), Harald Hardrad (Leo Suter) and the Norman king William the Conqueror (no one knows who will play him).
Unfortunately, the series does not have an official release date, although it is known that it will be released sometime in 2022. It is possible that the date will be postponed due to pandemic restrictions.
