Nvidia has released a new video showing us how the new Overdrive system works in Cyberpunk 2077 . This technology improves the quality of the ray tracing function, which has a positive effect on the realism of the picture.
We tested the functionality on a PC with an RTX 4090 graphics card installed in 4K resolution. With the DLSS 3 technology turned off, the FPS counter showed not the most pleasant ones with the graphic settings turned to the maximum. At some points, a value of 16 FPS flashed on the screen, but the inclusion of DLSS 3 allowed us to raise this figure to 100-120 FPS in performance mode.
Everyone will be able to try out the Overdrive system in Cyberpunk 2077 on April 11 after the release of the corresponding patch.
The success of the title is quite expected.
