Activision plans to release a sequel to the Call of Duty franchise in 2023, calling the game the subtitle Modern Warfare 3. This was told by insider Tom Henderson, who believes that the project will have a lot of new things for the series.

At launch, the shooter will have a full-fledged story campaign, online mode, and an improved zombie mode. The developers are also preparing fresh maps, weapons, equipment, etc. Do not forget about cosmetics, which is expected to be another ton.

As for the dates, according to the journalist, all stages of testing Modern Warfare 3 will take place in October this year, and the release of the novelty should be expected on November 10th. The shooter will receive stable seasonal updates, the first of which will be released on December 5th.
