Pre-orders for the new portable console ASUS ROG Ally have opened in Russia

The DNS hypermarket chain has provided Russians with the opportunity to pre-order the new ASUS ROG Ally portable console. The gadget is offered to those interested at a price tag of 90,000 rubles; for this money you can buy the flagship version of the device with a Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor.

The new product has the following characteristics:

  • 7" screen, 1920x1080, 120Hz (VRR), 500 nits brightness, 7ms response

  • Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor up to 5.1 GHz (8-core Zen4/Zen4c APU and 12 RDNA 3 compute units, 16 teraflops)

  • 16 GB LPDDR5 RAM, 512 GB PCIe Gen4x4 SSD, scrapable for MicroSD UHS II cards

  • External GPU support up to RTX 4090 via ROG XG Mobile

  • Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.21, fingerprint scanner

  • Windows 11, weight 608 grams

  • 40 Wh battery, 65 W USB Type-C PD 3.0 adapter

In other countries, the console went on sale in June of this year.
