Bethesda recently released a small patch for Starfield to fix some annoying bugs. Subsequently, on the official forum, where active players discussed the future of the space RPG, a message appeared from the developers , which revealed plans for upcoming updates.
Starfield will receive support for FSR3 and XeSS upscaler technologies, as well as a significant number of fixes in quests at the beginning of 2024. The development team is working on a feature that will eliminate the need to revert to old saves to resolve problems with corrupted missions. The new patch is planned to simply restore the functionality of some tasks.
At the same time, the studio is actively preparing for release a city map, tools for modders, and new means of transportation. Updates for Starfield are planned to be released every six weeks. This period is due to the need to thoroughly test the changes before release.
