President of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, David Haddad, shared the successful results of the role-playing game Hogwarts Legacy, claiming that the game sold 22 million copies, the highest in the industry in 2023. He also hinted at the company's future plans for the Harry Potter franchise.
According to Haddad, the company is developing several projects in the Harry Potter universe that have not yet been announced that will provide fans with additional stories and characters. This move is a reaction to the success of Hogwarts Legacy.
He also mentioned a Quidditch simulator called Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, which is also being developed and is in beta testing. The exact release date of the game has not yet been announced.

The samurai action game couldn't beat out only Helldivers 2 and God of War.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
